Great Staff, Clean Rooms, But Be Prepared for a Party Vibe Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but with a caveat. The service was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with especially nice beds. We also enjoyed the well-stocked drink bard by the beach, though the quality of service from the bartenders varied.

Although they say that there is a night buffet,there was actually almost nothing there; but to be fair, you would already stuffed full from all the food through the day. There is no need for it. Wish there were more slides to be honest. The night events were not really that fun.

Lots of locations to rest and relax, really good food, the waffles and pizza from the snack bar were delicious. The bars and entertainment staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms and beds were really comfortable and the maids are very nice.

One thing that was a little frustrating, we had a triple room (2 adults and 1 teenager) but there was only 2 of everything inside. 2 cups/glasses, 2 chairs on the balcony, 2 robes, 2 slippers, 2 towels etc. Would be nice to have 3 of everything. The one thing that was annoying was the music at the pool. It was very loud. We stayed at the adult pool all week but could still hear it. Difficult to even read on times at the volume was too high. The coffee wasn't very good anywhere on site, very bitter.

The hotel is great, about 20 minutes from Alanya. We really liked the location, a little quieter away from the hustle and bustle (but there are shops etc close by). The hotels facilities are very good. Lovely private beach, lots of pools, many restaurants, a spa etc. We spent most days at the adult pool which was a nice place to relax. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, rooms cleaned daily. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. There's a huge selection of places to eat and drink. Restaurants/bars at the beach, Waffle/ice cream bar, Chinese, Steakhouse, Mexican, coffee shop and patisserie, snack bars plus the main restaurant. Lots of variety of food and drinks. We were there for Halloween and Turkeys 100 year Republic Anniversary and the hotel made a huge effort. Themed food, entertainment, decorations etc, great job! We would definitely go back, loved it!

We didn't like the deck chairs. They were uncomfortable. Also almost every day the choice of food is the same. Except 2 nights. That would be okay to change a bit. Also, on our last night on Saturday, there was some private party for some external guests and part of the restaurant was closed for dinner. That was not OK from the management because all of us paid for the service and we felt like some 2'nd rated guests. Okay, there was obvious reason for some celebration, but regular guest should not feel like there is someone more important than them.

We liked the room, especially its cleanliness. Staff is also really polite and helpful.

I love the ambiance and entertainment. The overflowing food and drinks obviously. They also Upgraded our room which was really kind. The waiters/waitresses in the main restaurant are efficient and works really hard. The night entertainment is good for families. There is so much to do. Not a boring day at all.

The only minus was that during the whole day they played loud (disco/ techno) music at the pool area at certain times that we could even hear in our room. Luckily they toned it down a little towards the end of our stay. The hotel is very family oriented, so if you're looking for a quiet couple time maybe it's not for you - we didn't mind and also it was the main season in August.

We had a wonderful stay, booked it last minute during the summer season and our expectations were exceeded. The modern room was spacious, had a comfortable bed, the air conditioning worked perfectly and there was also a nice balcony with lots of room. The food was amazing (so much to chose from), the staff friendly and helpful, we loved the jetty by the sea and right infront of the hotel are plenty shops and bazars.

It doesn't seem like a 5 star hotel, more like a 4. Overall, there where some small details that were disappointing, but not enough to damper our overall stay. Except for the young man that helped us with our luggage on arrival, the staff was quite rude and unwelcoming. I let them know twice I was on my honeymoon and asked about the honeymoon special, but they hadn't arrange it when I arrive. The a la carte restaurants where fully booked or closed during our stay, so we couldn't try them. So if you are going, I would advice to book them in advance. They don't give a very good induction at the beginning, so you start find out a bunch of rules as you go. For example, you can't ask for a beach towel after 2pm. One morning I wasn't feeling very well, so I went after 2, and they say they couldn't give me a towel. Also, you have to ask for the towels in the spa, so every time you go they try to push you for a massage. These are little things, but overall we had a really nice time and we enjoyed our stay at Numa and would recommend it. Resorts are really fast paced, and there is a lot going on, so it's understandable things like this will happen.

In general it was a really nice stay. The room was nice and comfortable. The food was fantastic, they have great variety. We had lunch at the beach snack a la carte for lunch, and it was really nice. they have good options for swimming pools. We enjoyed the adults pools, it was quite relaxing. The beach was calm, we really enjoyed going into the water from the pier.

The buffet of the 3 meals and snacks at n the pool all is amazing! Great value for money as we took the all inclusive package. Pools were clean and food for kids and there is also an adults pool only. The food selection changes almost every night.

The price for airport shuttle was very expensive. We didnt have the option of using taxi or uber because we had to leave early in the morning. So there was no other option than paying 100 euros just for one sided shuttle. It was a bit too much. There are two restaurants within the resort that could only be used if reserved before and you dont get place there anytime before a week at least. You have to get a reservation for one week time to have dinner there.

It was a very nice resort for a relaxing stay. The staff was extremely good. Hasan receptionist was very good. He helped us at every trouble. The pools are clean and accessible. They arranged events at every night. It was in overall great experience.

Overall facilities were taken care off and kept in a good condition. It was a pleasant surprise that animation program was so active, we also like the variety of food and snacks available all the time throughout the day. Staff is mostly very friendly and welcoming.

From the second day after cleaning the rooms, they did not leave towels, I tried to call the reception, only after two days they brought towels. They didn't bring hair conditioner for several days, the air conditioner in the room didn't work well enough and it was hot, every time they sent a technician at 10 o'clock at night when the children were sleeping. In addition, we delivered clothes for washing, things were not returned on time, claiming that they could not be found, only after a day they found a part and another bag disappeared, claiming that we did not deliver the clothes at all. We asked to speak with a person in charge, they claimed that the person in charge was fired and there was no one to talk to, they were not willing to check security cameras. We had to buy extra clothes because there were no clothes for the children. Very disappointing such service, they were not even willing to compensate us in anything.

we went to the Wok In restaurant and the food there wasn’t great much better in the main restaurant. the music at the pool was a little too loud but if you want peace then the beach is perfect as there is no music. but the pool was still busy as some people with kids loved the music it really depends on what u prefer.

the whole hotel was very clean,rooms included. Staying at beach meant bringing in lots of sand into the room which was always hoovered up. 3 pools and a private beach meant u have lots of options to choose from . plenty of sun loungers too. food every day was fantastic! breakfast at morning plenty of options buffet style, lunch in the main restaurant the same style but also snacks,waffles,ice cream,flatbread u name it also on during the whole day!! then at night the restaurant or you could book yourself into one of the 3 restaurants there are which is table service. The bar had many drinks you could choose from alcoholic or non alcoholic. entertainment every night kept us entertained,we specifically enjoyed the Mongolian circus it was fantastic!!! facilities were very good too, we used the gym which was great. plenty of activities during the day provided by entertainment team like darts,volleyball, aqua aerobics and many more. on our last day it was quiet cloudy so the hotel put out bouncy castles for all the kids which we thought was brilliant! the staff in the hotel were all so lovely smiley and friendly!!!!
