This was a very special hotel stay First all the staff we met were very friendly, welcoming and ready to help Ms Wesam was really amazing. She would check on us every day if we need anything and would act promptly if we do Mr Tareq contacted us when we were late on arrival and was very helpful when we needed to adjust the dates of the stay The hotel itself has incredibly beautiful view It is very clean and well maintained Breakfast was very delicious with great variety

Everything was exceptional the staff were very nice and helpful especially miss wisam she made our stay 100x easier and better the trips with the hotel were very satisfactory as well highly recommend booking with them the rooms were very very clean and the view with the breakfast every morning was amazing overall an excellent experience would definitely go back

Everything was so good The staff were courteous in their dealings, especially Sister Wissam, who was hospitable and welcomed the hotel guests. I thank the hotel members for providing breakfast as a hospitality and without paying for breakfast on the first day of Eid.

The view is spectacular! Their restaurant is great but expensive! Their arabic speaker staff were more than great and helpful, other than them the staff weren't cool.

The location is amazing, great view in the middle of nature on top of the mountain with lake view , so relaxing and comfy. The staff was amazing and so helpful specially Wesam , you feel between your family .

it was far from main city so every time we had to drive - so better to have a renta car from air port

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. They suggested tours for us to visit Trabzon and were very helpful. I recommend staying at this hotel for those who will go to Trabzon for the first time. We thank you for everything.

TV does not work, no English channels, no youtube, this is sub par. Washing machine does not work but takes up space in the room. Please turn on for small clothes.

Loved the staff and service from day one. Yusuf, in the restaurant is the absolute best in this field. Both my wife and I felt like family to them. Even though our trip was only 4 nights, thanks to Yusuf and the chef Remzi, each day was special, delicate and pleasant for us. Thank you dear Sera lake resort staff for the unforgettable experience. We fell in love with Turkey and the people thanks to your exceptional human qualities. I wish you never ending love my friends.

Very cozy apartment with picturesque view from window. Sleep very well, softly mattress and clean sheets. Design of interior is classic and used very quality materials for example the bathroom is amazing. Sauna, team room are perfect, my husband was happy there. The breakfast in hotel is very variety, tasty and match 4* The hotel exceeded our expectations, we are delighted with the services and quality, I would give it 4+, out of 10 points 9
