Very friendly felt safe staying with my 14 yest old son room was big and had all we needed for the week

Some of the staff (mainly the manager) had issues with us bringing our own soft drinks/water from the local supermarket as he wanted us to pay more and buy from their bar. There isn't a policy in place to say we were not allowed to do so. We were respectful enough to clear our tables and left no mess behind so we couldn't understand why they had a problem with us not wanting to get ripped off. The bed linen provided was not clean, nor were some of the towels. The rooms could've been cleaned better too. We did have signs requesting our rooms to be made up but that happened once in our 6-night stay. The breakfast was sub par but wasn't too bothered as there are plenty of food options nearby. We booked 4 rooms and my bathroom had a very loose toilet seat as well as a wobbly sink, whilst one of the other rooms was missing a shower curtain meaning the bathroom would almost flood after having a shower. But the main issue we had was on the fourth day the manager approached us saying he wants one of our rooms back because he had another booking. We strongly declined as we paid for the rooms and although they gave us triple rooms when we booked doubles, that's on them to manage their future bookings and they shouldn't expect guests to relocate specially when there was one night left. We went out on an afternoon trip and when we returned in the evening we saw that the hotel staff entered one (or all - we dont know) of our rooms without permission and took a bed out. That was a massive security concern for us as the rooms don't have safes and one member of our party was missing a bit of money however just to clarify, we cannot confirm whether this was taken by the staff or whether he lost it elsewhere but after we saw they entered the room without our knowledge/permission it was enough to cast further doubt whether the cash was actually lost or stolen.

Very good value for money. Perfect for a group of guys to have somewhere to rest their heads after fun filled days out. Location was excellent for us - all the fast food joints were a couple minutes walk away including the supermarket. Pool was clean. Beachfront was close by too. Rooms had working air conditioning. Most staff were friendly. Public areas were maintained well

There was no warm water in the evening, but there was in the morning. Just so you know this can happen.

Location, staff spoke enough English, the room was clean.

Rooms were a little dated but adequate.

Friendly helpful staff & ideal location, clean pool area, dining area & bar. Clean towels every day & cleaning lady went above and beyond to help. Constant hot water and air conditioning when needed.

Toilet was wet when we got the room, there was only 1 toilet roll (they out another one in last night), and we were short of gel and shampoo.

Swimming pool was really nice, the room had balcony with no views but useful to hang our clothes, they have a good starting breakfast (cereals, bread, eggs, ham,...) They have swimming pool bar, it was nice with good prices. Bed was comfortable with air conditioning and TV.

The bed sheets weren’t entirely clean and bathroom underwhelming, but given the price paid, it’s understandable for the value.

The location is great as it’s right by the beach and central to the main strip of town. staff were nice and accommodating.

Room needed updating. Door handles loose, old furniture and broken hairdryer.

Lovely clean room, stayed in room 2108 so low floor which meant that the lobby WiFi still worked in the room. Good decent new TV. Good Aircon . Cheap and cheerful hotel with complimentary buffet breakfast.

Good location lovely clean room. Nice view from balcony . Big pool. Garden and pool bar. Nice cheap and cheerful place. Breakfast included but can't comment didn't try .
