The only downside was the microwave was not present though it was mentioned on the property description. Was essential as we had a baby with us. But we managed with other kitchen stuff.

Excellent location close to main town centre, food outlets and convenience stores. Easy access to public transport as well. Spacious and clean property. Well equipped kitchen.Washing machine was an added bonus. Bed was comfortable as well. Semih was an excellent host and very responsive and helpful in all matters. Highly recommended.

Outstanding, the apartment was really good. It was very well designed and better than the photos. It was close to tourist attractions but far from the noise. The beds were very comfortable. They answered my questions about the city quickly. And they helped me get to know the city. Located in the heart of the old town, it's easy to get everywhere from here.

I recently had a pleasure of staying at Old Town Deluxe Flats. It was fantastic stay in the heart of the city, incredibly convenient for exploring all nearby attractions. The housekeeping lady ensured it stayed that way throughout my stay. Staff was friendly and ready to help with any requests. The apartment itself was cosy an comfortable with a good, firm mattress. Highly recommend to anyone who want to spend good time in the heart of Antalya.

The apartment is locating exactly in the Old Town. Amazing location. All goods for relaxing weekend were available. Really spacious flat, 2 balconies. We are enjoyed.

Great communication of the staff, very client-oriented service. There is a washing machine and a boiler, which means there always is hot water (this is not a given in other places).

The bedroom door wouldn't close. Also, during the last night there was a huge storm & the bedroom got flooded due to what appeared to be a poor seal at the bedroom window. Finally, although it was out of the control of the apartment owners, the neighbour was noisy, drilling & banging from the morning

The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable & had everything we needed. It was very good value for how spacious the apartment was. The location was perfect, being only a few minutes walk from restaurants & places of interest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here

No negative side at all

Everything was perfect, ideal location for family travel, inside the old town, but on a quiet street, far enough from the city hustle. The apartment had everything we needed for comfortable stay. Staff were super helpful and responded to every question or demand we had. The apartment was constantly cleaned. Highly recommended.

The location is superb close to the restaurants but distant enough to be peaceful. Comfortable furnishings and brilliant staff.

The backyard needs a clean up. As you can also see other properties next door have done so much more with the space - this would be an asset to the property. There was only one plate - crockery and cutlery could be improved. English instructions for the washing machine would also help.

The location is perfect. In the midst of old town. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Aircons in the apartment are great. As well as the washing machine. It has a smart tv so we could connect easily with our phones. The patio outside is really nice. The cleaning lady was so friendly.

While the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates etc, there was no salt/pepper, cooking oil, tea/coffee provided. However there are several shops less than 1km away

Central location, great facilities (including air conditioning). Checking in/out was easy.

The television could have been a bit smart and the screen could have been larger.

The hospitality was exceptional, our host Tunahan was there whenever we needed and provided with very helpful information. The location was fantastic, very close to all restaurants, cafes and bars and day trips from this location were convenient. The place was vibrant and all the shops were open till late night and walking through the old town roads were pleasant in the evening. The old bazar as well as markt Antalya was just 10-15min walk.

Bathroom was quite small and the cleaning staff did not clean the room on our second full day there, which was surprising.

Only issues was shower that the holder was broken so you had to hold the shower head, It did also have large fixed shower head on the ceiling but the low water pressure made it not usable. Remember it is old city so water pressure is not like hotel. The gas hob only 2 burners worked. Kitchen could do with more cutlery, cups and a bread Knife. We bought bread knife and 2 cups but took them home with us. Otherwise pots and pans were plenty. I did meet the owner once. He was also very nice. I pointed out the broken shower holder and the hob to him. He was unaware of these issues. But while we were there they were not fixed during our stay but i had the feeling he would fix them in the future. And these points did not really detract from our holiday. The sofa bed in the lounge is very hard mattress.

Location was in old city with very narrow streets. very nice. The owners employee (Meet and Greet) was so nice and friendly. He even organized home delivery of food from the super market. As supermarket is some distance from the property. But I did give generous tip as he charged it to his own credit card and I paid him in cash. The cleaner was also very nice and friendly. She came each day made the beds and swept the floors. The WiFi worked well. Enough for me and my wife to stream our own content at the same time and make whats-app calls. There is also added security of the main entrance is always locked as well as your own door for double protection. Fridge was really cold and very clean. It looked new. There is washing machine that work well. Washing powder was supplied and it worked well. Along with drying hangar. The air-con worked well in lounge and bed room. Some much you could get cold.
