An excellent hotel for a family, the staff is polite and smiling (Elizabeth in the bar is wonderful girl). Excellent location and close to the beach (about 10 min to walk), but there is a shuttle bus every 30 min to the private beach. The food is varied and suitable for children, a lot of vegetables and fruits, seafood and meat, there is a show program in the evening. Free WIFI - all hotel area, very good. There is 3 water slides, which also opened for kids. Restaurant staff 10/10, friendly and polite. I booked standard room, but it was upgraded to family for free. AIR condition in the room working good. We had late check-in, so I wrote before coming for night snack and they made it also. I booked taxi to hotel for myself by booking.com (From Antalya airport to Hotel standart 38e one way for 3 per, was upgraded also to mercedes vito for free).

There was very little entertainment on offer and the what there was, was badly or not presented whatsoever by the staff. This was the only thing that let it down as the bar staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping were absolutely excellent.

Lovely property, rooms were comfortable, the food was good with a good variety although breakfast could’ve been better. Good drinks offerings available. Overall, good value for money.

Our room had a gecko in there. Not a big problem but it shouldn’t be any animal crawling around. The room got cleaned everyday but still it didn’t feel clean enough. Felt still dirty on our feet and I didn’t think our towels got changed not even once. Me, husband and 16yo got food poisoned the last 3 days. So it wasn’t nice. The food wasn’t cooked in a proper way, especially the seafood. The pool was a bit to cold, could have been warmer even tho it was hot in the air. Not so many people swim.

The hotel itself was cozy. Got a hotel 2br apartment and it was spacious. Food was like all the time so never got time To get hungry. Some small shows during evening when dinner but not everyday and not such for kids. Some of the staff was really nice.

If you have something that doesn't work in the room, you need to ask 3 to 5 times to get it fixed, and sometimes it was not fixed.

It was not expensive, not huge but causy. There was an abondance in food and sofr drinks. The swimming pool and other facilities were not too crowded.

- the music in pool area all day long is too loud and a little annoying - was very surprised that not all the staff speaks English! The waiters sometimes didn't even understand something like "green tea or "water with lemon". Guys on the reception also were not good at English - once we had to wait for a beach transfer service for 40 minutes even if it should every 15 minutes

There isn’t much entertainment/shopping around the hotel, you have to either take the dolmus or walk 10 mins or so for some prominent shopping areas. It’s a mainly German/Russian speaking hotel so sometimes it was hard to explain something in English! The nightly entertainment was a bit hit and miss too. Also the hotel doesn’t have irons to use in the rooms which I found a little strange. The laundry service will provide ironing with additional charges though.

This is a small hotel in comparison to the huge neighboring ones but the size doesn’t really hinder it’s efficiency. Our 5 - night family stay was great. The rooms and garden surroundings were clean, food in the all inclusive provision was perfectly fine and the service was very good from the majority young staff - we could see how hard they worked, ready to take orders with eager smiles throughout the day.

It would have been good to have additional pillows in the room of different firmness, and tea/coffee facilities, kettle etc so I can make a cup of tea in the morning before the restaurant opens

Excellent service, great food and extremely kid friendly. It was wonderful to spend a few days relaxing with a cocktail while my 5 year old played with all her new friends in the shallow kids pool. Only an 8 minute drive to the ruins of Ancient Side. The kid club isn't a drop-and-leave "daycare" but more of an activity area where they do face painting and make cookies.

If I have to be reeeealy picky - the coffee actually could be better. But that’s a problem in nearly every hotel. Almost no animation activity (which I really didn’t mind because I wanted a very peaceful holiday), but some more fun loving guests might find it disappointing.

Everything was way more than expected. Staff, even the cleaning ladies just excellent. Very kind, helpful, friendly. Room was cleaned every day. Very comfortable bed. Nice view on the pool. Pool area super clean. Wi-Fi working good also in rooms, which is often a problem in other hotels Food was super good. For every taste. From seafood to different meat dishes and also vegetarian options. I booked a 2 h spa procedure and Ali really knows what he is doing. Totally with every cent. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Thanks a lot to everyone! ❤️

The location was in a good proximity of the beach with the beach bus coming every 30 minutes with a very friendly bus driver. There are many facilities available at the beach.The managing staff were very helpful, especially hussain mateen and reception manager. The food was delicious and fresh with great selections. The staff were very helpful at all times, our room was cleaned everyday. The hotel was well kept and maintained. We had a great time.

Everything was just perfect! We enjoyed our stay very much! The food was very tasty and variated, the staff was great, the pool also. The beach is not very far, you can go by foot or you can take the minibus they are offering. There is a bar on the beach also where u can have all kind of drinks or you can eat. We will definitely come back!
