Very clean, excellent location within walking distance of some attractions. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly as we the animation staff. Food was good with lots of variety.

I had little problem whit the bed for it felt plastic and got warm. But I had my own idé and then it got better 😜

10 points goes to Gabi, Abdu and Bob for taking care of the guests and making everyone feel welcome. All staff are excellent. Close to the beach and shopping.

Very nice modern and clean hotel. The food was nice, but think if you were there more than a week, you would eat out a few times. Excellent value for the money we paid.

A boyfriend noted that alcohol in the lobby bar and pool bar is different. The biggest disappointment was the mismatch between the photo on booking.com and the actual room. For example, on the date of booking there was a choice of a small room with a double bed or a bigger room by square, but it was named "triple room". The photo showed a double bed and a sofa (i always make screenshots). Since I was looking for a room for myself and a boyfriend (which was indicated in the comment of the booking), it was logical that seeing the above picture I decided to book a larger room, because the difference in price was insignificant but the space of the room was bigger (about 30-40$ for the whole period of stay - i assume that it was as a discount from booking.com for a status or any other reason). Upon arrival, the staff asked for details of the third person, although it was obvious from the comment to the booking that there would be no third person, i mentioned only one person as another guest - my boyfriend. The room was given not as described above, but with three separate beds (for a romantic holiday is the "best" option). The hotel staff even in communication with a boyfriend made fun of me that a double room is cheaper and other things. Of course there was a chance to start the discussion about changing the room, but i decided to take a rest from the road and see how it will go. Thanks to having a sense of humour, me and my boyfriend decided to leave it as it was (details are not needed in this review). So I would like to wish: 1) if there is a choice of sleeping places in hotel, then on booking.com reflect the possibility of choosing sleeping places, similar to other hotels. For example, a double bed or 2 single beds. And add the photos of the variety of rooms. 2) be more attentive to comments in the bookings 3) do not discuss customers assuming they do not understand the language

When my choice was narrowed down to three hotels in this area, the staff at this particular hotel promptly answered my questions by mail. Due to the prompt response and customer orientation I chose this hotel for my holiday. When I chose a hotel, I was already well aware of what to expect from a particular hotel. The varied food is a definite plus. It wasn't boring at all. It was the first time when i stayed in 16+ hotel and i liked it. The animation program was good. It was loud, like someone mentioned in one of reviews, but this is always like it in all hotels, they have to work.

The cocktails weren't the best, but we found a few reliable ones, but for the price and service couldn't complain at all about anything. A gem!

Excellent food choices, plenty of fresh grilled meat and fish. Only took happy to serve you, best drinks served in lobby bar. Entertainment team of Tunisians were friendly ,fun and not too intrusive, a quieter hotel and mixed nationalities ,which was exactly what we wanted. 1km walk from old town Side which was low rise and full of ambience and ruins. Very new and everything good style and top condition. Didn't try the spa but it had good reviews. No pressure staff who worked tirelessly. Would definitely come again,off season anyway.

The head waiter spending all his time straitening table cloths instead of focussing on his Guests. No Iron available, although Stated ! Lack of a good coffee, the machine is shocking No Fruit Juice served with any meals and orange juice charged at 2e a glass

Maid Room Service, Restuarant variety of food, The incredible Swim up room we had, and overall the wonderful service we had from the Bar and restaurant Staff

Can't fault this hotel..Ultra modern, spotlessly clean..Good food and drink..The staff were exceptional. Special mention to Bob the DJ and entertainments guy..Very friendly and played some good tunes..Would definitely return..

My wife is a coeliac and sometimes struggled a little with the foods in not knowing which contained gluten and which didn’t. A little more awareness on food allergens, as we’ve experienced in other hotels in Turkey, would go a long way. The foods were labelled with general ingredients but these didn’t always make it clear enough. Still can’t really fault it though as they did try and help her where possible.

The hotel was extremely clean and modern with good facilities. There was a good choice of food which was always to a high standard. The staff, who work tirelessly, are really nice and make you feel welcome.
