The reception staff was very rude, and they are not welcoming You feel that you are coming to their home without invitation 😏

Every thing was perfect , we was group of 14 persons , we was happy in every where in the hotel except the reception 😉

Cleaning was not good. Room was on the same floor with bar. It was very noisy. Cleaning was not good. Glass door on the shower was disassembled during shower and almost fell on us.

Wifi is not reliable.

We enjoyed our stay. Great choice of food. Lovely, spacious room. 25-30 min from the airport. A very nice hotel: not big, not small. Arman is the best massage therapist. Highly recommended. Anara is lovely too. Reception team is friendly and helpful. We loved the patisserie. Open 24 hours and their Turkish tea and pizza are superb! It's close to the Land of Legends, which we wanted to visit. We would like to come back!

The wifi kept on disconnecting. The range was not good.

The resort was superb. Excellent choice of buffets. My son enjoyed the pool. Beach was fantastic. Live performance in the evening was cherry on top. We would like to visit again

Some personal could talk only Turkish. Some days music outside was too loud. It was hard for kids to sleep

Housekeeping is a bit lazy.

Territory and all amenities are nice and clean. Pools are brilliant, and 50m Olympic pool is magnificent. Food is nice, but not entirely same level everyday: one day it’s awesome, sometimes “ok”.

Room service was very week and below standard, room cleaning quality was poor, need to assign lifeguards at the pools for more safery

Although the room was very large, they did not have an option for a king bed. They pushed to full beds together which basically meant we slept in separate beds. Lots of smokers, there are not any non-smoking sections so you could sit down and someone would light up right next to you, but that is just Europe. The AC did not work.

The room was huge. We stayed in the main building, if you stay in the main building, get the garden view if you want quiet. All the ocean views, view over the pool which can get noisy. when we went, the hotel did not seem very full. The food was unbelievable. If you can not find something you like, that would be your own fault. They have cuisine from all over and all of it was well made and tasty. The beach was nice and they had tons of loungers, we always could find a lounge. The beach itself is not great compared to Florida or Hawaii, but much better than areas in Antalya. Mostly sand, with a few areas of pebbles. I think we were the only Americans there, mostly Russians, then Germans, but most of the staff spoke some English. Shower had great pressure, it will knock you off your feet. They restocked the mini-bar everyday which was included in the all inclusive.

A great stay for a couple There were free rooms and we got checked in earlier. Thanks! We were so tired after the flight. We like swimming. The hotel has a fantastic Olympic pool. We trained there with my wife. Great pool! Good territory, very pleasant staff. Dishes in the restaurant are marked with alergens. Many thanks for that! My wife has a gluten allergy. This was helpful. She was able to choose what she wants and even desserts! We did not expect this before, so we were suprised and pleased with this care. We took golf lessons in Antalya Golf Club. Staff on the reception organized the lessons for us. Free shuttle from the hotel and back. Thanks Sirene! Will come again!

not many employees know English, but it wasn't a big inconvenience

Arrived early in the morning, checked in immediately. Large green area of the hotel, well maintained and perfectly clean. Variety of delicious food. Many different locations where you can eat or drink. Good range of alcohol, qualified baristas. Evening entertainment options are not bad. Large free zone on the beach, plenty of sun loungers, towels and umbrellas.

One thing. Sometimes a strong cigarette smell came into the room through the air conditioning. It was a bad thing.

Service, staff (specially Emin😀in restaurant) food, pools, evening program, lovely hotel area, new wonderful poolbar area and all facilities was perfect. This was the second time in Sirene and we love it again! Thanks, we wish that will see you again.
