Dated. The notice of the air conditioner was like a tractor, unbelievable! Even there was an electrical problem with the lighting system when we got into the room even though we booked a superior suite!

Booked a room with double bed when we arrived at had 2 singles. When we asked if they could sort it out they joined beds together. Not very comfortable. When asked if we could be given a different room they said they couldn’t. I think they could have done a bit more. We asked for a iron & ironing board we’re giving a broken iron which leaked all over our clothes which ruined some our clothes. When we requested a replacement they did send a new one without an apology.

Great Hotel Exellent facilities. Great choice of food at all meal times. Beach is on your door step. Has a great spa would highly recombined a vist.

We’ve lost prescription glasses (I believe left it in our room) at the check out time. I’ve send them email straight away and asked to doubled check it. A weeks later still no reply(forward my inquiry in lost and found department and no one been in touch since then.) I’ve sent 2-3 emails, still no reply

A smart TV in the room would have been even more amazing, especially for the kids.

Fantastic time to be at the property, since it was pre-season. We loved the room, huge and clean. The swimming pools, kids club, the small water park, all were super well maintained and clean. We loved the choice of drinks, cocktails etc. The food buffet was different everyday and always someone we could grab a bite. It is a golf resort, but we were there for a family holiday with another family, so quite nice that it is less busy in the days and the bars are really buzzing in the evenings, good fun ! Absolutely enjoyed the stay!

The only drawback to our wonderful stay was that because we went during "winter" season, the outdoor pools were not heated. I think the baby/toddler pool should be heated all year round as babies need to be in warmer temperatures. But we used the indoor pool instead. Also the a/c was central air, meaning it was always set to warm despite warmer weather. So the rooms tended to be quite hot but of course cooler in the evening.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sirene Belek Hotel, mostly due to the amazing customer service and delicious food served at the buffet. We stayed in Pasha suite, which was luxuries, well maintained and big enough to accommodate 7 people with enough privacy for all. Beds are very comfortable; room service is very good. Nice and quiet hotel, with beautifully designed territory. Variety of food was amassing. Special appreciation goes to reception and guest service personnel, who are very attentive and friendly and always willing to help. We were touched with personalized attention to the guests when we had received fruits basket as a compliment from the hotel and a letter wishing good health and quick recovery to my father after our visit to the hotel doctor.

The reception staff at the checkout date weren’t very helpful , took ages to bring our luggage . Were were late for the airport .

The hotel seemed old and needed renovation. The room was dark and there were no lights to be turned on. The patio and the chairs there were never cleaned. The mini bar was filled each day with different beverages and snacks (whatever was available). There was no sound isolation. The housekeeping service and mini bar refill started early in the morning and were loud and noisy.

Room - Great! Air con worked a treat, cleaned every day and beds and bed linen were super comfortable. Buffet - Great and wide choice of food . My only criticism is that if you like your food hot, especially when it comes to the meat dishes, stews etc. then expect it to be more warm than hot and sometimes cold but then i guess that is what you have to expect from a buffet...unless you go at first sitting and then it is also very busy! Beach - Great! If you can book beds on the pier, especially the VIP section, it is an absolute must! Entertainment - evening and in the day...super!! Pool bar is fantastic! Staff are fantastic! Wellness Spa - amazing!!! Very professional and what a wonderful experience! Huge thanks to my masseur Ketut. She was awesome!

I had remote work and wi-fi was not good as I wanted.

As some of another guests we got upgrade to duplex suite Bohemia with private pool, restaraunt and beach. It was amazing to rest there. Suite is new and very cozy. After this suite you want to rest only such way. We want to return here.

Great hotel facilities and activities, spa , sauna, Turkish bath,volleyball, stretching est. excellent entertainment staff where every night shows and live music. The hotel location was great. Very nice beach. Not mention the food variety was excellent. Great staff all polite, helpful, friendly and goo spoken English.

We got a free room upgrade, which was fantastic! The Bohemia Dublex suite was a real dream! The main pool is also great, and the food was very good. The beach is well taken care of and the overall experience was unforgettable.
