The reception clerks are not very good for communication in EN, I had to ask several times for the right passport ID to be introduced in the system for the WIFI(it works with your pass ID plus room no and they get them wrong).

The room was large with 1 separate bedroom, the pool is large and clean, the breakfast and dinner choices are OK. Parking is free on their premises. Pamikkale is very close and amazing.

Turkey Sauna and Hamam didn't work correctly, they were cold.

We had a nice time in a hotel, It was quiet in the room, which we valued. The hot spring in the hotel is a big + Separate want t Thanks to Sheff and Kitchen staff, all dinners were delicious

Spa facilities are overpriced and understaffed. Make you purchase a swimming hat else won't let you and 1 and 5-year kids enter the swimming pool - which I have never heard of and seen ever in the rest of the world. have travelled a lot. Will find different ways to charge you for extras.

Great hotel but not good management, Thermal pool and spa was closed during the opening time of pool. because they were busy with cleaning end repairs of thermal pool, which was many people not happy

- The massage facilities looked really run down/old. Looked more like a changing room at a public pool than a place for a massage - It lacks the detail I would expect from a 5*. Like, there are no cups on the bathroom to place your toothbrush or a place to put the soap other than on the washbasin. Also, I find it a little ridiculous to having to have to pay for a swimming cap for 10 TL, when that could be easily covered by the room's cost (even if they were to increase the price a little).

Take your ear plugs with you when going there, because sound proof is non-existant, you'll hear every word from the room next to you and if neighbors will decide to go to sleep late so will inevitably you

Very nice location close to the Pamukkale main go to see places, outstanding SPA with thermal water and hot spring outside. We arrived quite late and they directed us to dinner right away before check-in to ensure we have time to eat. Very spacious rooms and breakfast/diner space, even when a lot of people!

Hot in the room all time kept door open all night long otherwise not possible too hot,dry air.

A little old and away from center

Not central, but a decent walk to sights. Older facilities, cheap and cheerful. Staff good and great buffet.

Hotel is little old with room furnitures but everything was working well.

Close to Pamukkale, clean swimming pools and food was good compared to the price.

Parking was limited and tricky. We didn't get a non-smoking room.

The hotel was really nice. Staff were polite and courteous. Swimming pool was great and the thermal pools were also very good. Breakfast was great as well. COVID 19 precautions were excellent.

The hotel architecture seems a bit old.

The inside and thermal pools were very nice. Even though the hotel structure seemed old, the room didn’t feel old, as if it had been refurnished lately. The location is a 10 minute ride from Pamukkale. I would recommend, it was a nice stay.

The breakfast and dinner should have more local food. Especially pastries were not fresh. I expect to see more variety...

The staff is polite and helpful. Swimming pool is clean and thermal pool is really nice. They serve 5 oclock tea (including tea, coffee and pastries) which is nice. Good hammam service. Extra drinks etc not expensive.

Hotels staff are a bit pushy to book things for you on their side and their ways.... its really annoying. Food isnt great
