While the front staff provided excellent service, I would recommend that they refrain from smoking in close proximity to guests, primarily for health considerations.

The hotel boasted good location, conveniently close to numerous attractions and restaurants. The front desk staff were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, even going out of their way to fulfill our request for an early breakfast to facilitate our departure for our next destination.

Only 1 power point in the room.Some Light swithes not working. Lighting very dim.Too dark to read. Shower screen above bath was not wide enough to stop water splasing onto the floor during showering.

The smell of the bathroom was really bad The terrace door doesn’t include curtains. So, the sun shines directly facing the door and facing us. It was really annoying and we had to wake up really early

Considering the location and the price, this is probably the best bargain you can find in Eskisehir. Although the hotel is a bit worn out and with limited facilities, it had everything we needed: comfy room and bed, adequate size bathroom, good breakfast, very friendly staff. I personally liked the design too. Sound isolation was not ideal but better than in many more expensive hotels. All in all, a very good hotel experience.

I am not sure if it was my room location (Room 23) or the hotel overall, but the wifi was terrible as it was extremely slow and would often just cut out. If you need to do any work online, this probably is not the best option for you.

My room was clean, large, comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and the breakfast woman was full of smiles, which made for a great way to start the day. Also, a great location that is on a quiet street.
