Can be noisy at times, have to reset room key at front desk every day. Smoke smell in hallways.

Perfect location, heart of the city, can see the real Antalya and culture, commuter area. Tram ride to airport is right there, good food places around, people are lovely. Events happening in the park and a 10 minute walk to old town, safe area even at night.

The WiFi maybe ?

The tram from the airport stops a short walk from the hotel. The busy, central location of this hotel is just what I wanted ; that is my personal opinion but I suppose each person has his or her own preferences. The breakfast really exceeded my expectations ....and my capacity to consume ! : ) The amount and variety was remarkable. Unfortunately , being a thin skinny person I was unable to taste all that I would have liked to as I simply could not fit any more in my belly . But I tried !! Indeed, if I were a hamster I would have stored some in my cheeks for later. Even the tea was such that I did not need to drink that which I brought with me from England - yes , it was that good. And dark, and strong. So, important points - convenient for public transport, short walk to the sea, 24 hour reception. Overall positive experience. ... Peter.... From England

Breakfast starts at 07:30, a bit late for me who leaves the hotel at 07:30. The rooms with balcony looking at the main street has a nice view but are noisy.

The location, being in the city center just in front of the Tram station, close to the banks, market and the touristic places. The reception team are very friendly and helpful especially Serif bey.

Breakfast was horrible, and the same every morning. No fresh juice and everything seems boiled or is extremely salty. Weird policies about visiting the room, they decided to charge 10€/adult for resting a couple of hours in my already paid room for a late flight, and they didn't overnight.

The location is just a block from the old town and it was easy to reach by taxi, etc. There is also Starbucks across the street, which is a plus as local coffee is a bit different. A big room with a balcony at a discounted price was nice. Peaceful at upper floors.

Some staff, especially a waiter in the breakfast area, are miserable and never say hello and have a smile, it's a pity because otherwise the hotel would be very nice.

The breakfast is a little bit poor, it can be improved by offering more options and variety, also the main street is so busy I had to request a room in the back where the views are not great.

The location, right in the centre and walkable distance to all the touristic points. The staff is very helpful and kind.

Only the wifi was on and off most of the times and when I complained about it they fixed it at the time but went off again later.

The location is very close to the old city , tram station just in front of the hotel ( it was easy to get to hotel from the airport and cheap only 15 TL per person and also going around in public buses and tram was so easy the tram station is called Doğu Garajı ) and walking distance to Mark Antalya mall . I liked it that I booked it in the beginning of my trip then we returned back to it at the end of the trip.the staff were very helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable. The breakfast was open buffet and had many kinds of food and even soup. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It wasn’t noisy we hear the tram once in a while but didn’t affect our sleeping.

Nothing. I have no complaints.

I stayed here many times. Hotel is a fantastic location to the city and harbour etc. Large rooms with view of the city and mountains. Breakfast is a real bonus and fresh. Staff on the whole are very friendly. Wifi this time worked 100 per cent of the time. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers. It is also very safe area next to a tram stop.

The only thing I didn't like: The night worker didn't have a driver's license, and I had to go with my things to pick up my car from a further parking lot, even though it was agreed that the worker would pick it up when I left.
