The staff at the hotel were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Our visit coincided with the end of the season, creating a tranquil atmosphere that allowed for quality family time and ensured privacy. The buffet food was very good and fresh food served

The bar has only two kinds of wine - white and red and without names. Quality is bad. Barmen haven't English.

The location is good. The beach is close. The view from my balcony was beautiful. It was on the mountains, the pool and the sea. Wi-Fi was fast. Cleaners work well every day.

We received an apartment across the street from the hotel which was excellent. It was well equipped and comfortable. Fast wifi. Easy parking nearby. Beach is great

At start, food was great, but after few days you dont wanna eat same food. They were grilling next the pool, but If you come too late, you wont even see it, so come to dinner early. They should put more efford to other countries besides Russia too, i didnt come to Turkey to lisen whole evening Russian songs. Honestly will be better to play Turkish songs only, we are in Turkey. The signs everywhere were only in turkish and russian, it would be great to add english too. I was smiling when i saw in reviews that in elevator is no AC, but it was much bigger problem than I thought. It was instant sauna there, you are comming into elevator dry and out completely sweaty. Not once my head start to spinning in elevator and I thought i will pass out. I was after injury, so stairs wasnt option for me. The hotel should warn people not to enter the dining room with a completely wet swimsuit. These people were extremely dripping and other people were slipping on it. This was really dangerous. The bar is open only in certain times, watch out for that. There is only one sign next to bar about it.

Hotel was really nice and tried to be clean. Spa in ground floor was really special. People in hotel who speak english were really helpfull and nice, The rest were really trying to do something at least or find somebody who speak english.

Same food everyday, drinks are half water, dirty they changed our towels once’s in 7 days and plus they gave us a dirty towel ! Plus ants everywhere

The slide wasn’t always working And breakfast now and then lacked flavour, lunch and dinner however was amazing.

The first impression was set by the male night shift receptionist, whose warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease. The check-in process was efficient and seamless, thanks to the receptionist's attention to detail and professionalism. They took the time to explain all the amenities and services the resort had to offer, ensuring that I had all the information I needed for a comfortable stay. Throughout my stay, the receptionist was always available to assist with any questions or requests I had. Their knowledge of the local area and willingness to provide recommendations for dining and activities added an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit. Overall, very accommodating Staff cleaned the rooms daily. And language barriers was no problem. Everything is near the resort including shops and an office for all activities it has to offer.

I quite didn’t understand the role of russian flag at the reception and availability of russian propaganda channels on hotel tv in the room

I liked the location close to the beach; property on good condition; cleanliness in the room; the food was great, nice selection of salads and vegetables. Hammam was perfect. Very helpful and friendly personnel in the whole hotel (reception, restaurant, cleaning ladies). Thank you.

For this price nothing we didnt like

+ wifi is actually better then other hotels + there is shade in the swimming pool in the morning + food is solid for this price - there was also kebab, barbicue ocassionally. + market with "normal" prices nearby (migros jet) - was really convenient (icecream, beer, starbucks coffee, toletries, etc) + private hotel beach not far - about 5-7 min. + the sea is warm you can swim for hours + few problems were immediatly solved by staff + you can take the bus (stops in front of the hotel) and go Kemer center (sadly we found out last day). We took the bus to Antalya last day, it was air conditioned, 3€ per person. + we booked the hotel but they gave us an apartment 3min away from the hotel - this was really really great! It had also a swimming pool so we used both pools and the beach. Mostly we were alone at the apartment pool more so when we went to the pool at 21pm to enjoy some peaceful night pool time :)) - There is not much we were unhappy with - you need to be aware of the price. We didnt like the delights at the hotel but we really really liked the turkish delights at the market (we paid 15€-18€ / kg). Did i say we really liked the turkish delights ?

Beach was a fair distance away, stoney and crowded. Not much variety with the food. Took many times of asking before requests were achieved, e.g, extra pillow.

The bathroom urgently needs renovation. There are no hotel beach/pool towels available.

The staff is great. Very welcoming reception at the front desk. The pool is great. Excellent mojitos and other cocktails at the pool bar. The private beach is spacious and offers free deckchairs. Great view from the balcony. Excellent food.

The food was good, but boring and no seafood. The same 3 fruits every day. We got perfect and clean apartments, but there was no cleaning during our 7 days stay. Loud music all day, noisy programs in the evening, we are lucky that we got apartments away the hotel, so we just visited it only for food.

Instead of hotel rooms we got 3 apartments, in a 10 flats house with a private pool, 1 minute walk from the hotel. It was perfect, better than the hotel itself. Nice, kind staff and perfect location.
