This was a great family run hotel. I would highly recommend it. The staff were fantastic, were always smiling and happy to help. The room was cleaned daily if wanted. Water was provided. Fantastic view over the ocean. Great breakfast selection, suggest a 2and coffee pot to meet demand as coffee ran out quickly. The swimming pool was clean. Lots of lounges to use. The hotel has a lift which was a great benefit for someone who had bad knees. A great experience.

The location was perfect.. all within walking distance and only 30 mins drive to Ephesus so ideal for a half day tour and still have enough time to enjoy and relax by the pool. The room was spacious ..enough for 4 adults with 5 suitcases. Bathroom seemed newly redone and the view is amazing. The staff Omar and Hasan were super accommodating and very friendly. Obviously it is their job, but as a frequent traveler, I have travelled to many places and stayed in many hotels.. it isn't always an expectation to have friendly staff.. even in 5star hotels you can find unfriendly ones. But here they were always ready and willing to help making your stay as more enjoyable as possible! Breakfast were the topical Turkish breakfast so you have to adapt, but they also offered fresh bread with jams and chocolare spread and fresh fruit! For a 2star hotel it is amazingly good value for money!

Parking and transportation

There is actually no parking places which belong to the hotel and neighbouring streets are crazy narrow and packed. So if you come by car, park somewhere else you will save your nerves. It’s not fault of the hotel but maybe it can be mentioned.

Amazing view on the sea and castle, central location of the city, swimming pool with the view on the sea and on the rooms - my boyfriend could sit on the balcony in the shadow while I swim. everything in the hotel very comfortable, nicely made “with the soul”, personnel is super caring and friendly.

Super friendly staff, bed more than comfortable, I loved it, the view couldn't be better, I dont know if I like the view night or day more, the breakfast is great and variated, the location is not even two minutes from the center, the pool is great. Bathroom is big and clean. We really have a good time and for aure we will back, and this time longer.

Driving access is difficult. We checked in very late in night (3am) and struggled to find driving access to the hotel. The gentleman at desk at that hour was not as helpful as the other staff. So had a bit difficult start but all experience went excellent from the following morning

Omar and Hassan ensure you get what you want. They are extremely helpful and supportive. They sent a runner with me to guide to pharmacy even after check out. Hotel is small but has all the basic requirements covered. Excellent breakfast

We made a last minute reservation, so we were very skeptical going in. However, once we arrived the owner, Hasan, greeted us and made us feel very comfortable and safe. I would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel over and over again.

I love this hotel! Hassan and his team are very accommodating and lovely. The hotel is spacious and wonderful - clean and comfortable. It's located in the heart of Kusadasi and the views are spectacular. Priced extremely well. Breakfast options were amazing.

Only downside was difficult access with our luggage due to cliffside position of hotel.

Great central location. 2 mins walk from Port for our trip to Samos. Helpful staff, lovely room with sea view.

If you choose to walk to the port with your cases the best exit is via a lift at the side of the swimming pool. The road down to the main road goes past the refuse bin collection point for the area which is not really pleasant but is not the fault of the hotel and they can do nothing about it.

We have stayed at Stella Hotel on a previous visit to Turkey. We were welcomed my Hassan and our cases were taken from the taxi and put in our room. Hassan asked us where we were going and then registered us with Meander Travel who were the ferry booking agents. We were given an upgrade to room 401 and were overjoyed to find that the bathrooms have been completely renovated since our last visit, the double bed was really comfortable, the view from our balcony was spectacular and we could not have wished for more. The breakfast is Turkish style and is very tasty with a large selection, we did not leave hungry. We can thoroughly recommend Stella Hotel and will definitely be back in the future.
