Everything. Beautiful old building. Excellent helpful people. The location is perfect. Big room with high ceiling. People at the entrance desk were always there for you. Shops restaurants metro ,everything is next door.

Very nice and comfortable room, location is great. Staff are super friendly and very hospitable. The sink was not draining well and they immediately rectified the issue. They gave us complimentary mobile router to have wifi while going out. They also upgraded our room that was well appreciated

Hotel is located along Istiklal road - a busy street with shops open till around 11pm. Staff was very friendly and kindly accommodated my request to upgrade the room. Definitely coming back to stay again!

Wow, what a truly wonderful experience. Was in Istanbul with family for my Mum’s 60th birthday and the hotel made this so special. From a surprise celebratory bottle of fizz to incredible restaurant recommendations the hotel staff went above and beyond! Honestly could not fault the experience. The location is brilliant- only a stones throw from the bustling bars and restaurants of Beyoglu and really close to the tram and funicular for access to all the main sights of Istanbul. Thankyou to all the staff who made our trip so memorable- we will be back and will be telling everyone about the hotel!

There's nothing to really dislike! Minor points - there wasn't any natural light in the room which was not really a big deal because if it hadn't been for the rain (all day) on the last day, I'd have been out and about much more. It was also a little noisy in my room later at night on the Saturday (sounded like noise from a restaurant in the alley to the side, until around 12am) but this is only a minor downside of everything else that was so excellent.

Location is excellent, just off the main street, in a lovely building, not far from the Galata Tower. All sights are walkable. The staff could not be more helpful. Before my stay they messaged to offer to book an airport transfer (which I did) and gave details of a private guided tour that may be of interest. They gave recommendations for breakfast and dinner and nothing/no question was ever too much trouble. You are made to feel very welcome and as a lone traveller, I knew I could get whatever assistance I needed. I also received messages during my time there to check in on my stay and to ask if I needed anything. Complimentary tea, coffee and water are provided. Room was extremely clean, modern and spacious with a comfortable bed and all the facilities I needed including a safe. Reception also arranged my airport transfer for the morning I left.

The room was great, the staff friendly, and the location was brilliant - easy to reach from the airport by metro (M11 to Gayrettepe and then the M2 to Sishane), and then from it, it was an easy walk across to the old town down hill (and for the up-hill return trip there's the simple F2). The hotel is twenty steps off the vibrant pedestrianised road that's the heart of contemporary Istanbul, where there are great restaurants and bars at normal prices. We were very glad we chose to stay on this side of the Galata bridge as opposed to the old town which was mobbed by tourists at all times.

Loved everything

The best location you can possibly if you want to be in the center and nightlife. I could walk to most of the tourist attractions and there is so much to see and explore. This is my 3rd trip to Istanbul and best hotel I stayed in. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Each one of them are excellent!

From the very beginning the place made a very good impression. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming, very helpful and eager to give recommendations about points of interest, how to get there, etc. The hotel location is very convenient to walk to various places on both sides of the Golden Horn. The room was spacious and very comfortable, despite some drawbacks, such as lack of sunlight, because windows were towards very narrow street, but this did not spoil the overall experience.

The carpet in the living room was not very clean. Needed a good hover. The TV in the room did not work but it was ok as the one in the living one worked. We took the studio. It is a good size, but beware no outside view at all,.so need to have lights on all the time even during the day. Good running warm water, could sometimes smell something from sewage. The pillows were perfect, the mattress needed to be changed

The hotel location is just perfect, being a few meters off Istiklal street. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. A special mention to Mustapha, who managed to get us an early check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 8am after a 10h flight. He also gave us a wifi dongle free of charge so we could stay connected when we were visiting istanbul. He gave good advice on places to eat. Another special mention to the lady at reception, when we checked out. She helped with our suitcases, and even called our cab, who was lost on his way to the hotel.

I am a regular guest there for a reason. It is the perfect combination of luxury and modesty; welcoming and comfortable without being overwrought or stuffy. The rooms are generous and private, and quiet despite the boisterous neighbourhood. The position between three absolutely brilliant restaurants - one immediately downstairs - is an added bonus, and if you enjoy an hour’s walk (which I do), you can walk virtually anywhere in the city from this location. Really a gem of a place.

The location is superb. The staff is amazing, a very high level of customer service and attention, they helped us with local tips, restaurant bookings, transfer to/from the airport. The facilities are sparkling clean. Overall an amazing experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Price performance is very very good.
