Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Saudi ArabiaMy stay was only for 1 Night and i wish i could have stayed more. The staff are very helpful and even though my room was on the second floor, they helped me with my luggage at the time of check in and check out. Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel is just behind the mosque and easy access to all attractions. I would again take this hotel for my next visit to Istanbul. Transportation can also be booked through the hotel with very best competetive rates.. Just send them a message and they will revert.. Much cheaper than Uber or local transportation from the airport. Thanks to all of you at "Sultan Corner".. See you again during my next trip..

United KingdomAir conditioning was not working in both of the rooms we booked and it was quite hot in the room at night. One of the shower was not working but because we booked two rooms we all used the Same shower in first bedroom. It was 6 of us so it was bit difficult.

Staff were genuinely friendly especially Ahmet at the reception who was great. Airport transfer with driver Seyfettin was very smooth. The lady preparing breakfast was so friendly and hard-working.

MalaysiaThe mattress was uneven and worn on one side. You've got to be super tired and unfussy to be able to get decent rest. It's also a walk-up along narrow stairs, which was fine for us but unfriendly to the elderly or those who may need an elevator.
Location was fantastic, close to Sultanahmet, Arasta Bazaar and all other attractions as well as public transport near the Sultanahmet Square. We were even able to see the mosque at an angle from our window, which we did not expect.

United Arab EmiratesThe breakfast is not a buffet and it starts at 830. When you arrive at the dining hall, they will serve breakfast after seeing you and bringing things one by one. So if you are bound to somewhere, the breakfast will take its time to come, so plan ahead.
Its like living in a tiny ottoman palace. The rooms are huge the bathroom is like Ottoman bathroom (in a positive sense). The staff are helpful but english is very low. They try understanding you with guesses and presumptions. The breakfast is very basic. Any one looking for luxury and glass and world clocks and uniformed 24/7 reception, this is not the place. For me, will come again and again because I am fond of old school Inn type places. Mr. Fateh is a rock star! And if you stay here and use taxis to go around, its a pity!!! USE CHEAP PUBLIC TRANSPORT.

PakistanThe location was perfect, the hotel is just a few minutes (walk) from many tourist attractions such as The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc. The staff was lovely, especially Jamal and Fatih, they made sure to make our stay pleasant and go the extra mile. The room was so beautiful and had a completely different vibe compared to regular hotels, I think it was even better. Our room had lots of windows for fresh air and sunlight to enter. The wifi worked great too.

RussiaThe location is perfect. Five minutes walk to the main square Sultanakhmet and the tram station (T1).All main museums you can reach on foot. You can even make a long walk to Galata tower. The breakfast was usual turkish breakfast with eggs and olives, tomatoes, cucumbers,bread, butter, tea, etc. The wi-fi worked very good in the room. The microwave was above expectations in addition to fridge and air conditioner.
