Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Czech RepublicThere was a company event, one Nihat restaurant was resereved for them,we couldn't choose olur meals, we had to order to waiters without know all options, but it was ok bu the way, just they did live music for this group and it end up around midnight.

United KingdomAir con does not work properly in the room and cannot be controlled (we could not switch it on / off). In the night, we were freezing. But in the morning and day, it was like a sauna. The food was also very limited - mainly stew dishes. Lastly, the bed did not come with an over sheet. But instead a small hard blanket which did not cover us.
Great location. Friendly bar staff. Nice reception area to sit in.

United KingdomCheck-in not good arrived late after a long flight no food or drink offered. Breakfast needed more fresh fruit & yogurts maybe. Cleaning around pool not good tables never cleaned. Pool needs a good clean around. Beach sun loungers has never been cleaned. Staff only friendly and happy after you tipped them. Wi-fi not good.

RussiaCan’t say that it’s 4* hotel, I would say 3+. Stuff tries to be friendly, quite clean, but small issues decrease you satisfaction, for example: after room cleaning from 5 towels were left only 3, or 4, or again 5. Showel gel and shampoo bottles has never been renewed within 1 week. “All included” after 4 days start to be annoying, because dishes are very-very similar all the time. Absence of real juice, something strange instead of that. Internet is weak and is available only in public places. Hope you’ll fix these small issues to correspond to real 4*. So can’t say that all these are fatal or bad, but price-wise it’s not optimal - choice of better hotel without food with eating at restaurants will cost about the same but will definitely make you much happier with more impressions. That’s what we did for our second week.

United KingdomThe extra fee for the safety deposit box 2 euros per day and the very slow and weak wifi signal.
In comparison to other hotel like elite world next door, its 30% cheaper - difference is , no drink service on the beach or the pool self service, or more variety of food. On the positive side rooms are always clean, all the staffs are very helpfull. Location to the beach only 50 yards away where there are lots of restaurants and bars. Another plus side the pool was not busy and sunshine all day. We used the price difference money from the hotel for the daily tips we handed out throughout our holidays, of course everyone to their own opinion. To work 12 to 16 hours a day every day and give a superb service deserves credit in my books.

FranceThe hotel was exactly what we expected it to be and slightly better. The bedrooms were clean with a mini fridge and an air conditioner. We had a nice view of the pool and the sea. The pool is not too big but is the right size if you just want to chill. The sea is literally across the road from the hotel with dedicated space for the hotel residents. However, if you are looking for crystal clear waters, we would recommend you drive 30mn to Amor beach or just go on a boat trip. The food was amazing, really good variety and the quality was great. It was our first time going all inclusive and we liked it. Drinks are also available and the staff gives you a list of what is included in the all inclusive. We also were working remotely whilst there so if you are the same bring your own wifi as the one in the hotel is not the best and you can only get it in the reception area. Icmeler is a really nice town with everything you need, at night you can go for a walk nearby as it is very safe to do so. The neighboring stores are very cute and adapted to tourists. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a good value for money.

United KingdomRooms far too warm but a very generous size!, there is air con but its not great in the rooms, leaving the balcony door open invites mosquitos in and they eat you. Breakfast isn't as good as lunch and dinner, this could be improved. Tea/coffee options in the room would be nice too. BUT these are all minor things as the service you get makes up for the small things that aren't there.
Loved how clean it was, the staff are absolutely amazing and always go out of their way for you. Perfect location woth bars and restaurants everywhere, buisness owners don't harass you either, if you say no they respect it. The staff again need more credit as they are FANTASTIC. Great options for lunch and dinner, poolside lovely too and only a minute walk from the private beach. Felt comfortable at all times here and each time you would see a member of staff they would always greet you like it was your first time there. Thank you so much for making our holiday a memorable one!
