The water in the private pool was freezing, I wish it was a little warmer. It would make a huge difference if it was.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, with well maintained garden and swimming pool. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. As I forgot to bring my swimming suit, the hotel staff has driven me to a hotel next door to buy a swimming suit and waited for me to try out and then drove me back, all free of charge. The food in all there restaurants are very good, probably one of the best in my 14 days stay in Turkey. During my stay, all my diet restrictions are fully taken care of. On the day of my checkout, I have to leave at 6 am to catch an early flight and the hotel restaurant is not opened yet. The hotel has prepared a very nice breakfast box for me with smoked salmon, eggs, gluten free toast, orange juice, coffee and fruits. There was so much food that it lasted me till dinner!

We stayed at Susona for one week for our daughter’s first birthday and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. All the staff members were so friendly and always there to help and made our stay exceptional, especially, front office manager Baris Kayserilioglu was always there to make our stay so comfortable. We travelled all over the world but Susona’s staff’s service was at a different level and I would like to say massive thank you to all of them. Especially, Baris, Eyup, Barut, staff from breakfast restaurant and reception. We would definitely love to go back in the near future. Thanks from Irfan & family (especially baby Dua)

it was a unique experience. it was not like any other vacation. wonderful hotel with lots of facilities. all staff are friendly, helpful, and english-speaking. Susona hotel creates a different world for couple of days of vacation.

One problem was the level of English of the restaurant staff is very poor and communication was very difficult. But they were attentive and went out of their way to try to help us. Another problem was the very loud music played throughout the property.

Breakfast was included. It was served in their main restaurant, Ezi. There were many choices and the staff were generous and amiable. The location was beautiful, right next to the infinity pool and overlooking the ocean.

During the breakfast, some waiters may have a tendency to forget orders. Not a big deal but definitely something they could be improving upon. But anyway, we are in vacation after all and I have no problem taking a bit more time having my breakfast.

I particularly liked staff's kindness, awareness and attention. We had very rude and loud neighbours who would show absolutely no respect. Senior management proposed us to move into a bigger room at no charge. I think the senior management put a very heavy (and welcomed) importance on their guest experience. Thanks again to all involved, my family and me will always be grateful for your kind offer. Really recommended.

There are only two things we did not like at all: 1.) There are ladders from the wooden piers to the sea. These ladders provide only one step unter the water surface. This is a no go and must be fixed. If you come out of the water you need to knee on the first ladder otherwise you never can't go out of the sea. There must be at least 5 or 6 steps unter the water surface to ensure save entry both ways. 2.) Despite the fact that the area is calm and quiet there is a lot of disco noise coming from other clubs at the other side of the bay. Mainly between 21:00 and 1:00am. Not nice.

The Resort is located in a beautiful area with really nice sea view, stuff were very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was perfect, everything thing was great.

It’s a stunning nook that overlooks gorgeous mountains. You get a lot of private beach on the property, with jetties and a family friendly sandy area. The restaurants onsite are sublime, with enormous breakfast portions! The images on Booking really don’t do it justice. And the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Some of the best 3 days we’ve spent, and we’ll be back!

The situation and views are stunning. The hotel and waiting staff are warm, helpful and friendly, and it felt more welcoming and geared towards families with kids than some of the other hotels we stayed in in Bodrum. Food is excellent. Not much of a beach to speak of but good access to the sea, lovely pools and a variety of bars around the property. Some of the buildings are a bit tired in places, but our room was superb. In our experience one thing you have to contend with in ALL the hotels in Bodrum is endless ghastly Muzak. It felt much less intrusive here, and even quite nice! They also had some good live acts in the evening. There is a sensational seafood restaurant on the beach in the nearby village of Torba

Out suite with the pool was pricey and hardly used the pool. Privacy an issue too.
