The hotel building is look like bit old it’s not look like 4 star hotel they should refinish the toilet It’s really old style

Good location everything is near to u like Izmir tower old bazar it’s good for city break hotel staff is very lovely and nice room is clean

Toilets could be better for a 4star hotel, breakfast could offer hot food. Kettel ammenities were not found.

Well located hotel in Izmir,,, at only 10 minutes walking from the seafront. Ability to park the car for free in a secured parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast because the covid could not be hot, only cold stuff but good enough. Rooms are spacious, but to improve the toilets, and light intensity.

It was supposed to be a 4 star hotel… maybe when it opened but now definitely not, it was quite dirty and old damaged furniture

They give us small room not in hotel but outside bldg 3rd floor with no elevator with only highsteps nerrow stair to climb it was hard to take luggage up for a older person. Building has fresh paint smell and it was not sound proof could hear neighbors and ceiling had some kind opening hole couldn't sleep due to airplane coming every few minutes. Complain the desk the next day they said couldn't do any thing since inside hotel was only for suits. Breakfast buffet staff was rude when ask for orange juice w coffee.

I checked-in 3am in the morning because my flight was delayed. There was a reception boy, he was kind and helpful. But there was a bellboy he helped me carrying my suitcase to my room. I said to him thank you because it was late time. But he just repeated what i said almost three time with sarcastic. It was not polite and i don't understand how can he work there with that un helpful mind. Hotel was in good location and other hotel crews were ok. But first day when i arrived it was the worst experience i ever had.

room had cockroach's, dirty, never been updated for a long time, water had to asked for daily! ALL ROOMS WERE SMOKERS USE EVEN NO SMOKING ROOMS WERE SMOKED IN. JUST TOTAL RUBBISH 4 STAR

It looks way more prettier in the picture as it does in real life. The corridor was smelly and dark. breakfast was not as you see in the pictures. Very, very poor selections for breakfast and even bread was old sometimes. Tomato, cucumber and olives was the only greens served. We never had fruits which is very common and normal to have in a four star hotel. Staff was nice a few times only during a 6 days stay. Even when you get eye contact they didn’t eager to say hi or good morning. Staff didn’t act professional with guests at all. Toilet was smelly and couldn’t flush it with the first time. Needed to flush at least 6 times before it was clean. Very bad view from hotel room.

The only good thing was the location. Wasn’t safe to go outside alone as a female in the night time. even the staff in the hotel didn’t recommend to go outside alone

* Breakfast not the same as the photos. Very simple for 4 star * Check in could be better (give information where and what time the breakfast is..) * Rooms smell cigarettes, not possible to sleep there if you don't smoke. Although there are signs (non smoking) people do it anyway...

* beds very comfortable * Nearby Basmane (you could take all buses to other provinces). * Nearby metrostation Cankaya, you can buy the izmirimkart (tl 5) there and use it also for bus and metro. Its very cheap (tl 3.5 is in euro 0,35 in summer 21). This price is for one way. * Price quality is really ok * Many places to eat nearby

Internet was not working at all

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. Near cafes and shops, close to the sea. Real four stars!
