Location is ok because it’s in the city centre so near by the sea, restaurants and shopping centre. But it’s situated in a very chaotic environment. The reception staff was friendly. Especially Alper, he do a lot to keep you sattisfied.

Shower and toilet areas in room...too small Breakfast poor Reception staff do not speak english nor any other languages... Once out and back to hotel , room card fails to open door.. have to get down back to reception to activate Electric appliances : all switches for lights are over the bed. i.e.: have to take care at all time not to hit switches while sleeping otherwise lights are switched either on or off like christmas tree. Only 2 plugs..in toilet and over bed..so to charge mobile, it is either far from reach or basically abd literally under your head with cable around neck almost ;-) Bed matress either very old or too soft.. uncomfortable.No table.. only 2 small night tables..ok Air condition and TV (4 or 5 channels only turkish and only 1 channel - Al jazeerah english repeating news 24/24) remotes not functioning properly.. No batteries..

The staff was not able to speak any English. It was difficult to communicate using a translator on my phone. The parking, though free, was a bit away from the hotel. The breakfast was not as expected, it was only a plate of bread with Cheese and Jam. The choice for coffee/ tea was only limited to Black Coffee.

The property was located on the main road, however there were three hotels on that road with the same name! It was close to the Clock Tower and adjoining shopping areas.

The rooms are so small, in toilet you can not remove a tush knob from the wall. Breakfast is the same all days. No fruits, no olive oil. We are in Turkey! where is the great Turkish fruits and vegetables?

The location is great. I like Izmir and the part of ex fair ground.

only one elevator is working and needs time to go up and down to your room if you are in top floor apartment having hard time for communication in English language not allowed your friends to visit smells smoke in the lobby

A better English knowledge from personnel (very polite however) would make our life easier. Not the easiest thing to use Google Translate to arrange the tiniest request. Bathroom a bit "salty" but not dirty. There are so many anti-calc detergents out there. Use them please. Only one TV channel (Al-Jazzeera news) in English.

Location was perfect as it is just north of the busy market area. Just a 5 minute walk. I did liked the free parking although not at the hotel premises (3-4 blocks away). We checked in earlier than normal (by accident) but manager had no problem with that. The room was normal for the price, at the back side of the hotel so avoiding the noisy frontal boulevard. Breakfast was rich with options for Coffee or local Tea, and a lot of salty or sweet delicacies to fill out hanger. Good wifi connection.
