1st time stayed in apartment. Didn’t expect to see the stays like that. Didn’t like anything about the room. All Room was dirty. Cigarette butt under the sofa, bed. Used tissues under the bed. Sofa bed was very dirty. Smelly toilet.. had to use lot of air fresheners every time we use. Pillows very hard. Shower room full of rust. Kitchen utility unusable.

Only staff i liked about the property. They were very nice and helpful. They tried everything to make your visit comfortable.

When we arrived the owner told us that our apartments are not available(Stolen key for one and busy for second). They offer us(4adults and 4 kids)to stay in 2 room for 2 person with only one bed. They offer us extra mattress(no bed) to sleep on the floor. We was in shock! After that we leave and ask to bring back our money. They promise to give us our money, but do not receive our mail with requests for cancellation. It was all lies! Leave us with no place to stay and no money.

I had booked a Classic Suite Apartment (Bigger and more expensive) for 12 nights for my Family (4 Adults + 1 Kid), but they landed us for the first 6 nights in another cheaper and smaller apartment (Young Suite Apartment) which was different than the one I had booked. That was terrible, unacceptable, and not Fair !!!! They rented out the Classic Suite Apartment that I had booked to two different customers for the same dates! (Me and other passengers !!!!). I talked with them several times which is not fair, but every time they were saying something different to escape from their deal and commitments !!!! Also, I asked to return some part of my payment as we had been forced to stay in the cheaper and smaller apartment for the first 6 days, but nobody answered me yet!

The location is close to Taksim Square, but it was too noisy. Especially, for the first 6 days, they forced us to stay in another apartment (Young Suite Apartment - Smaller and Cheaper) different than the one I had booked (Classic Suite Apartment - Bigger and more expensive). That was Terrible! The air conditioner did not work and the place was small for us in Young Suite Apartment!!!! We had to open the windows during the night to sleep, in fact, we could not sleep for the first 6 nights at all!!! However, I should not be unfair too much, they spoke out respectfully and they tried to manage their work smoothly. After 2/3 nights stay in that small apartment, they proposed that we move to another bigger apartment (still different than we had booked!!!!) on the 4th Floor without Elevator! We didn't agree, and finally, on the 7th night, they moved us to the apartment that we had booked! To be honest, that one (Classic Suite Apartment) was OK for us. it was clean and AC was working well and we had sufficient space.

Didn’t get the room we had booked . No toilet paper or sheets . Bedside table had a draw full of smoked cigarettes and ash . Accused of taking from the minibar , there was nothing in the minibar when we got there , obviously didn’t check the room after the last guest

In fact, the booking was done for my brother and his friend to use this accommodation last month. Apparently, during the check-in process, the reception claimed that the booking is not accepted from their side and there was a problem with the booking .com system and their system. they were arguing for almost 1 hour until my brother told them that he would call the police if they wouldn't let them in. Finally, they agreed to let them in, However, That was a horrible night for them and me as the person who managed the booking for them. we paid for the room and everything was clear from our side !! I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Most receptionists don't speak English; we used GoogleTranslate to communicate with them. When they are not at the reception, it does not make sense to call them because they don't understand anyway. Some linen was dirty, so we had to buy a new set for ourselves. The child's bed was merely a mattress without any linen. The drainage in the kitchen smelled for the first two days of our stay. The windows leak some cold air from the outside. The toilet and the shower are uncomfortable. Cleaning is provided for an extra charge. One has to explicitly ask to replace all the used toiletries.

WiFi quality was excellent. The location was not perfect for us (not child-friendly) but most travelers will probably like it for its proximity to restaurants, shops, and urban transport.
