The breakfast didn’t have food for people of other countries. The staff didn’t understand english and had to use translators to communicate. Also, the spa wasn’t available.

cleaning wasn’t to standard bathroom had a smell and the flush was broken. Breakfast was all cold the eggs and chips were all hard. luckily we only stayed here for a night don’t think I could have stayed here for longer.

The bathroom was very small and needs some work. The shower area is very unappealing. The quality of shampoo and conditioner was very poor

I liked the bedroom, it had an overall modern look with the exception of the bathroom which could use some attention. The staff were kind even though there was a language barrier they did their best to try to understand us.

Hotel was still under construction and car park management was poor. Swimming pool won't meet your expectations. Breakfast won't be the best one. Just a normal breakfast but with a range of different cheese. Bed was not very comfortable.

The swimming pool was unavailable every time we wanted to use this facility. The reason for choosing this hotel was mainly down to the indoor pool. So we that we didn't get what we paid for.

The breakfast was exceptional, and the location was an adequate distance from the Old City. It's enough distance for the noise to be drowned away and you get a peaceful stay, but at the same time walking distance to visit the sites.

No soundproof at all. There was a smoke smell in the bathroom probably from other rooms.

Well located near the main trade center (very convenient for souvenirs shopping) and 3 minutes from the main touristic street and the historic city downtown. ~20 mins to the airport early morning. Friendly staff.

Filthy hotel, bathroom door, shower screen, toilet seat were broken. The bedding were not fresh as it had the smell of alcohol, there was hair on the floor and lots of dust. The room was not cleaned. The bathroom basin had mould. Was originally booked for 3 nights but left after the 1st as we arrived at 3.30 am and had no other option but to stay there till morning. The breakfast was also terrible, not good. There was not a good variety, there was a large counter full of cheese and salads. Very disappointed, please do not book as a family as its not good. The picture do not show the reality

The Breakfast

The location was amazing, I searched and chose this location so that we could be local to everything, and my kids could enjoy Halal McDonald's safely and independently. We had a hiccup when the key wouldn't switch on the lights and upon using the torch, we saw it to be broken. We were immediately bumped into another suite.The hotel was clean, and the staff were helpful and even used Google translate where communication was made possible. The Family room was beautifully designed where we could have privacy from the kids and still enjoy family time by just opening the door. Breakfast could be improved to serve international guests, but we managed to get by. All in all, it was an excellent experience

We were very satisfied with polite and helpful staff. They helped us to find good restaurant and great tour. Cleaning ladies are excellent. Staff at restaurant were great. Location of hotel is great, at begging of pedestrian street, few minutes from old town. Room was great, air conditions good. Next time we will book the same hotel.

unfortunately the staff was not friendly at all. They failed to provide us with information about breakfast timings, pool availability, and other details. We had to constantly ask for everything. Moreover, the pool was not as clean as expected, which deterred us from swimming, and the gym facilities were terrible, making it impossible to exercise. Additionally, the humidity between the rooms was unbearable. Overall, considering the lack of service and amenities, the hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating and price. I would only give it 2 stars for its location.

The housekeeping... i wake up after 10am Every day i say to the housekeeper to come later after 12 and they dont come back . I stayed 4 nights and havent seen the housekeepers in my room once

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL - The room had 1 double bed and 3 single beds, but the bathroom was not adequate for a family. It was very small and very dirty, and the smell was horrendous from the bathroom. The doors do not close and have to be slammed. Once closed, I had to push the door to engage the lock. This was to all three doors in our room!!! I noticed this to be the case in other rooms as we could hear people constantly banging doors even at night. You could hear other guests’ conversations. My wife asked the reception for a iron and we were advised to go across the road and buy one from the mall. My wife's and daughters' makeup were stolen by the cleaner and management waited till we had 1 day to go, to advise us they could do nothing about it!!! This was expensive makeup. We asked the reception for two extra pillows and it took 2 days to get these. Used towels where folded and put back in the bathroom. this was done several times in the week. They do not remove and clean towels which is just wrong and disgusting. I can only describe this hotel to be a circus run by clowns. Its very sad as the location is right in the center and the hotel has so much potential. Once we made the complaint about the theft, we could feel the negative effects from the hotel staff. The reception is run by teenagers who do not smile or greet you with respect. Their attitude is just so bad. No one at the hotel speaks English, there are no drinks and no room service available at the hotel. So if you need anything, they will just direct you to the mall across the street. I noticed they only like people who speak Turkish or Kurdish. I have never made a complaint as things do happen but after several things going wrong and the theft, I’m having to write this. Please do not be misled by the good reviews as I can assure you, you will regret to stay at this hotel. Been to many hotels around the world but this is just shocking.
