Our trip was absolutely perfect from A to Z. The hotel staff was amazing from the day before our arrival to the moment we left! They took care of everything for us : from arranging our transfers between the airport and the hotel, to booking and negotiating the prices for our activities, to making sure everyday that everything was okay and that we were enjoying every part of our stay. The hotel was charming, super clean and felt very homey. The rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Lastly, the view from the rooftop terrace was absolutely breathtaking! The hundreds of hot air balloons made sunrises magical every morning. The traditional turkish breakfast was included during our stay and it was fresh, tasty and varied a bit everyday. The staff in the kitchen made sure that we felt welcome and at home. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our stay so special, we couldn’t have asked for more! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit Göreme and have the best experience possible!

Beautiful Cave hotel, spacious rooms. The view from the breakfast area is exceptional. Great food option. Great location, walking distance to town. We saw the Hot Air Balloon from our rooftop, just amazing! The manager Nala was so helpful. Be prepared for a lot of steps in Goreme.

This Jewel is situated in the heart of Goreme. Absolutely loved our stay here. There was a lovely variety for breakfast and it was delicious. Special shout out to Ms Meltem, and all our hosts, who organized our tours and made sure we were well situated and taken care of. This was truly a refreshing place to call home during our stay. Highly recommend!

As a family of 5 it is hard to find a comfortable room to accommodate us and often the kids have to share a bed. Our family suite was perfect. Large room with three single beds and a separate room with option to close door in between with a queen bed and sitting area. Two closets and two bathrooms. Our too was by the pool area where the kids loved to take a dip, although it is unheard so it was a bit chilly in April. Wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, parking onsite (although it is a little tight!). Numerous outdoor seating areas and amazing views of Goreme and the balloons! At far end of tepal which gave privacy and quiet but many many restaurants within 2-5 minute walk.

Housekeeping didn't want to clean when we were in the room eventho we requested for it..We stayed in as one of us was sick, so it's a shame. Also, had to request for additional toothbrush too as they didn't provide it when we checked in. The room is kinda dark and lack of lightings, maybe it's to give us the true feeling of leaving in a cave who knows...

Staff is very attentive, and they communicated frequently prior to our arrival. They also offered hot air balloon and other tour packages, but we opted to do it ourselves. The breakfast is good too.

Loved everything about it!

Great service - staff very accommodating to our needs. There was a bit of a miscommunication where one staff member had told us we could book a guided tour 1-2h prior to it starting, which turned out not to be the case. But another staff member sorted a tour for us anyway which showed great problem solving and unmatched customer service. Everyone was very welcoming and atmosphere felt relaxed.

Had a great experience at the property. Location is fantastic with many restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was amazing and so were the views from the rooftop. We had an authentic cave room experience. The owner was very friendly and open to suggestions. Highly recommended

Lovely hotel in the heart of the town, a minutes walk from all the shops & restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Booked all our tours & transfers, assisted us with any extra requirements. Rooms were comfortable and very clean, good terrace with a view of the city and delicious freshly made breakfast everyday!

My family and I were greeted with a beautifully made bouquet and Champagne to celebrate our arrival.Both Nalan the manager and Meltem were able to cater to any requests that we had and especially with the tour activities we had planned. The accommodation and services provided by Nalan and her team were absolutely splendid. Now this place is exactly I would recommend to anyone on their visit to the picturesque land of fairy chimneys.
