Not much that you can fault, the place is clean and well managed.

Very clean place. Breakfast selection was good, staff are very friendly and helpful with local things I asked about. Emircon the front of house guy, his manager Ibrahim and the bell boy Gōrkem were nice and spoke pretty good English which made communication easy.

The mattress on the bed was toooo soft which caused discomfort and spine pain. I wish the management to change it and make their guests more satisfied...

The Air conditioner was not working and I informed front desk. They said it might take 10 minutes until it works but it never worked. Since it was already later, I did not follow up and had to sleep with open window which was a bit noisy but not too bad. It would be helpful if they check the functionality of air conditioning as we are getting closer to hotter days of summer. Room Nr. was 302!

Clean, comfortable and well-described room and facilities. We stayed over night so that we can easily get to the IST airport which is 25 minutes by car.

Specious room, comfortable bed, all necessary toilet and other accessories for pleasant stay. Personnal is very polite and smiley. Very good breakfast, although fruits were missing.

The Wi-Fi signal was poor.

The room was bigger than expected. The employees were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was also good. They gave us fruits as compliments from the hotel. Good value for the money we spent there.

The breakfast can be much better with more varieties. The room does not have iron. The walls are not soundproof so u hear outside commotion.

The location is very good. There are small restaurants around. The taxi stand is near. The reception is good and helpful. Also the staff is very polite and good.

the room smelled of tobacco, which apparently was smoked by previous customers... since we are not tobacco users, this made it difficult for us to stay comfortable, and it was the tiredness of the day that made it wise for us to sleep 🤷‍♂️ … also, we did not like the fact that on the second day of our stay, when we returned to the room in the afternoon, the door card was deactivated... the reception assured us that this could have happened from our moving near a bank card , which we did not we had done it...simultaneously with the activation of the card, the reception asked us to vacate the room, an action which we had until the last day of our stay...this made us understand the lack of trust to us, anyway, the payment was made and that's it... this way just didn't leave us a good taste... the other things were ok

The staff didn't speak English at all except the receptionist. The breakfast is a bit too simplified (e.g. no coffee only tea, no vegetarian or lactose intolerant option).

I chose the hotel because it is close to my meeting point. But the neighborhood is a bit too "industrial". The room was big and nice, the bathroom was really good.
