01- Sometimes it became noisy at breakfast time during our stay 2 times we witnessed school staff ( teenagers ) , seems that schools always book this hotel for students and school groups who visit Ankara. 02- one time I tried breakfast during this third stay, breakfast was not part of my booking so I asked them to add it to my bill to be paid during the checkout, however suddenly during the mid-time of breakfast, one of the staff came and requested to pay in cash, saying that they made a mistake in the bill and I must pay in cash, thankfully I had enough cash in Turkish lira to pay it! 03 - we received the room with two twin beds while our booking was for a king bed! we were checking in late and were too lazy to ask to change the room. 04- we checked -in late at night ( around 8:30 PM ), however when we requested a late checkout as a loyal customer I was expecting to extend my checkout additional 2hrs like till 14:00 PM , unfortunately, the staff said we had to leave the room at 12:00 in maximum. 05 - put some carpet in the room during cold seasons, please! 06 - last time ( second visit ) they gave us a free upgrade to a room with a city view, this time such an upgrade was not applicable.

This is my third stay at this hotel, everything was great, close to many distentions, and their welcoming staff. very safe place. lots of taxis beside it & a metro line takes you to the city center ( Kızılay Square (Kızılay Meydanı) ) in 10min, easy to find in the city as it is part of the Fast train station called ( Ankara YHT gar ).

Hotel allowed us to check in very early off the overnight sleeper train from Istanbul. Super friendly, great location for onwards train travel. Car hire companies located in the train station where hotel is. Highly recommended

The perpect hotel for stay at Ankara, located beside luxurious train station ( both high speed train, regular train and metro). Just 10 minute approximately to city centre or Asti Bus Station by Taxi with price around 150 Turkish Lira. Room ver large, Lounge and Breakfast venue very arge and cozy. Top brand coffe shop and fastfood open until late night beside hotel. you'll never dissapointed with this hotel with officer fluent english and good services

The route between the station and the hotel was a little obscure, and required a card both ways so I’m not sure how you’re supposed to check out and then go to the station. We struggled to turn down the room temperature but eventually figured out the controls. Windows look into the hotel or closed sections of the mall so you can’t open the windows and get fresh air.

Amazing shower and bathroom, easy access to the station and restaurants. Staff helped my mobility impaired guest use a restricted access route for a shortcut to the station. Rooms super-modern, clean, temperature controlled, wifi.

Location was great (attached to the Ankara railway station) and had good access to city centre. Rooms were clean and spacious + well ventilated, well lit and the A/C was good. WiFi was decent. Really loved the interior design theme with wooden floors. Facilities: The gym has the latest equipment and good variety. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Staff: Staff were very polite and accommodating. It was great value for money! Anytime I visit Ankara next time, I'm staying here , period.

Both pillows on the bed were hard like bricks, however. To be fair, I didn’t complain or asked them to be replaced at the time, maybe they would have done that.

The price is a bit on the high side but considering the location, it was still worth it.

The modern amenities and location were excellent. We wanted to be close to Ankara Train Station/car rental office within the station, and the hotel was within walking distance even with our luggages. Great dining options in the mall connected/next to the hotel.

I didn't spend much time here, we arrived late at night and left in the morning. Room was very well appointed and superclean, 24/h check in was smooth. Very close to the train station, literally 2 minutes by walk. I would definitely recommend the location.

This appears to be a very large new hotel and the occupancy appeared low. It was a little "soulless". View from the large window was into the nothingness of the hotel interior.

The room was very large and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Location was unsurpassed if you were arriving or leaving by train although internal access to/from the train station would have been nice.
