The property is on a very rushy road, so you get stuck in traffic a lot. The bathroom flush was not working and had broken knob.

The breakfasts weren’t very appealing and were limited. The toilet didn’t flush that well. Poor soundproofing. We could hear another guest in their bathroom.

Welcoming and kind staff and within walking distance to the train station. Our room was comfortable and it was nice having a window we could open for fresh air. The hotel is close to some lovely simple cafes with delicious Turkish food.

Staying on the ground floor, it was very noisy with people in reception and in the rooms above. Was hard to get to sleep due to noise. On a higher floor, this may not be an issue.

There was no view, the access to WiFi was a bit complicated. There was a minor problem with the shower.

The room was clean and tidy, with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. The staff was welcoming.

The hotel is situated near the central area and is extremely comfortable. It's easy to access and there was a parking place for us in front of it. The rooms are large and comforable and everything is well arranged. There's a lift for the higher floors. These are apartments and we have a big one with two rooms and a kitchen box. The people are extremely nice and respond to each of our needs. I had a Genius bonus for breakfast and there was no problem with that. The breakfast is a rich Turkish one and there was something for every taste. This is an excellent place to stay at!

A elevator is a bit small... if you have many luggage, it would be a problem maybe.. We didn't choose breakfast included, so we don't know if it's good or not.

The location of the hotel is very nice - quiet at night, and very high security - it's located in fron of a police department building :) Odunpazari, Hamam road is the walking distance. And at the entrance floor, there's grocery store, so very convenient!

The property isn’t soundproof- you hear every sound from the other rooms; it’s located in a street, just in front of the police, but both ends of the street are forbidden to enter… and still everyone’s does it. In the COVID-situation, the room wasn’t as clean as expected.

Terrible hotel. On the day of our stay it was raining, we were with a baby and we asked three times for extra heating for the cold room. It was not brought to us. Despite booking a double bed we were given a room with four!!! single. There was only one chair in the whole room and nothing else. The bathroom sink runs at your feet when you wash. The room was facing a fence, enclosed by a grate and air cannot even come in for ventilation. Never book this hotel!!!

The hotel is in the very center, but NO car park definetely !!!..They call it "a car park" that they are keeping for customers in front of the hotel, which is on the main road with a big traffic jam...Plus most of the time this is not empty, so u re struggling for at least half an hour to park...If u want a safe parking for your car, forget it !..Plus after all this, the recepcionist (Emrah) was super rude 😑 We felt like we should directly leave, but it was late and we were tired driving during the day, so we stayed...the room was ok, but totally the worst stay we ever did...

The place didn't meet our expectations. The sheet and bath towels were dirty. Also we didn't have any blankets in the room , which let my wife to freeze all night.

The kitchen is empty. You can provide some plates or cutlery for future guests. ..and I really don't like that I have to write this.. We wanted to prolong our stay for one night and they gave us higher price because there was supposed to be special Turkish holiday. They even played this theater that they are giving us actually really big discount in such a special period of time. We paid the price, but later discovered that this "special" holiday was not the night we stayed, of course. :) The same thing is about the shop in the hotel. They have sings everywhere that the prices are normal - but they are not...Just be aware, that what is written there, is not true. :) I also worked in the hotel, but we never cheated our clients like this... It was unacceptable.

The hotel is clean and quiet nice. They clean the trash every day and can provide additional towels and chair. You can park the car in front of the hotel. It is well situated - you can buy foods in supermarkets and there are restaurants nearby.

close to everywhere, very safe next police station ,u have bazar next hotel than the center , u can walk everywhere super close , helpful staff really I like it. I will back 🙏🏻
