A perfect 4-star hotel. I would like to highlight convenient location close to the central city area and outstanding breakfast. Our room had a spectacular city view. Free sauna and a swimming pool open until 11pm were a good bonus after a long day. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

There was almost no breakfast. I mean, when I came to the restaurant at breakfast time, it seemed as if they were to start bringing food (there were only some small jams and bread on the counter), but there was nothing more. This being Van, I went out to have proper breakfast at one of the kahvalti salonlari (it was kind of hard to find it at Sunday morning and during Ramazan, but I managed), and when I came back to hotel, I found out that the situation hasn't changed - the restaurant was empty and almost without food. Also, the receptionists' English was pretty basic for a five-star hotel.

The location is spot on, close to the city centre and relatively close to the fortress. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Everything was perfect. I arrived early morning and I have early check in without any fee. I also got upgraded room without fee. Staff was very very kind and helpful. While I waited for the room they offered me coffee and cake and also tea. Being in The Conforium Hotel was such wonderful experience

The pillows were too firm. I believe the sound proofing could be improved (outside the hotel) but considering how central the hotel is, I was able to sleep comfortably.

Staff were attentive, friendly (especially Daria), and highly professional, evidently with years of experience in hospitality. The location of the hotel was also ideal. The aircon was perfect. The room felt clean. Starbucks coffee is an asset.

The hotel is an overall good option while staying in Wan, but the following improvements are needed considering the hotel's price range: A mosque is located just on the other side of the street, so loud call for prayer will go through earplugs and wake you up at the sunrise! That's a big minus for such a good and decent hotel. Pity! Routine cleaning is done upon to request, though based on my experience, basic room cleaning is daily routine, especially in 4 and 5 stars hotels. But here, we had to ask the reception for basic room cleaning, and sadly, we didn't get our rooms cleaned every day despite asking for. That wasn't a pleasant surprise, considering the price range of the hotel! There weren't blankets, bedlinen, and pillow cases in every room, and we had to ask for them! Like most places in Van, hotel's restaurant doesn't sell alcoholic drinks. The hotel is working with a certain taxi company, a guy from the taxi company might change the price in the same day for the exact same distance. We agreed on a certain price from the hotel to the airport a night prior to our departure, but when he showed up in the morning, the price was higher! I recommend the hotel to work with a different taxi company, because taxi company's behaviour and greed will affect hotel's reputation in a long term!

Good location We had a reservation for 6 rooms. Friendly staff. Especially Derya and Hamdi, they helped us a lot and answered all our questions with a smile. Big thanks to them! I travelled to Amed and a couple of other cities from Van, Derya gave very helpful tips about those cities as well. Other staff members were also very helpful and friendly, to mention one, the cleaning lady Eylem. Who was greeting us with a big smile every time she saw us and asked if we needed something. Building is new, rooms and other facilities are in very good condition. Breakfast was very good and diverse. If I go back to Wan, I will probably stay here again.

First of all there was an insect in my room which was like a big spider or sth else Which a staff of hotel came and hoovered every where. It was noisy inside the hotel. Ventilation did not make the room as cold and pleasent as you want and it was warm.

Location was at the heart of the city You could go every where by minibuses infront of the hotel, Breakfast was acceptable but fixed and does not change in my 2days of staying.

The water from the shower was spilling out onto the floor. The lights in the fridge didn't turn off - I had to attach a teabag to sleep :) Found a needle on the floor - cleaning apparently not thorough. Neveretheless, these are all forgivable, given the price.

Wonderful Stay I would like to thank the staff who worked vigorously during our stay. Darya at the reception was so kind and Turan the sales manager who pursued the issues we discussed with him continuosly. The porter with the thick mustache was of immense assistance, he performed as the handyman as well. Overall I would seriously recommend this hotel to anyone planning to travel to Van. Totally satisfied !! 5 out of 5 points 👍
