Needs some refreshing

It’s a perfect location. We had a room with a combined sea and city view and the view was awesome.

Service in social point restaurant was poor, you could not tell who was who? Hostess, waiter, or manager, it took me three attempts, to get an order even from the manager, eventually i made a big noise to get service, and or my order. There food was good and i ate there every day, there service needs some serious attention, which lets them down!!!!!

View and location excellent, i was on the first floor which didnt give much of a spectacular view, but comfortable, there was only on bed sheet and the pillows were huge. Street noise from beach bars goes on till 2 am on wkns. Bathroom floor tiles are very slippery

I don't want to give negative comments but want to give suggestions please look after the mattresses as they need changing,pool was bit cold.

I like the location it's on the beach good for kids, families, they have pool, breakfast was OK, very smooth check in, Staff is very helpful, friendly no complaints at all.

The only thing we didn’t like was about laundry . It wasn’t available at the time.

The front desk was absolutely amazing , especially Egeus who helped us with tour reservation and everything else . It was a safe hotel . Breakfast was ok 7/10.

The price paid for lunch and dinner is much higher than the price at the restaurant (condition: 1 dish and a soft drink). The lunch have to be served in arrival day between 14.00-16.00. They didn't answer to my reservation special requests.

- Old beds that were too firm and uncomfortable - Cleaning was done in the afternoon, and not on a daily basis - Some amenities were not working (e.g. hair dryer, safe) - Balcony door did not close well, as has been reported in older reviews

Outdated Facilities (During my stay, A/C stopped working twice, each time I had to wait till next day so it got fixed) Breakfast is average (Most of the days bakeries were not fresh)

At the breakfast, the waitresses are wearing mini skirts, which I thought that was inappropriate for a family setting.  Also, when I asked for a second key card, they would not give me one saying that would cause fire, which is so funny every hotel I booked they would give me two key cards .

Location is unbeatable . Probably I would say it’s on best part of the beech . It’s good location if you have kids with you .if you are expecting the luxury at this hotel then definitely it’s not for you . My kids were riding electric scooter to Mc Donald till late no problems no hassle what’s so ever .

Only weak thing is the WiFi that can disconnect sometimes. But mostly it works.

The elevator is very old and not efficient. The breakfast was not tasty. The looby and the breakfast hall were very hot without air conditioning or fan.

The location is perfect, and views were amazing from our room on the 4th floor, and we liked the social restaurant dinner. The service and the food were very good.

The effort of the cleaning staff could be better. We had small pieces of broken glass on the floor from previous tenants for the first couple of days. The couch could do with a good cleaning as it had stains on it.

Great location. Very good restaurant. Great view from room balcony. Beach across the street. Staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet plentiful.
