The breakfast is spread over a large area with no description; very less options in comparison to hotel star rating. most of the staff (except reception and room service) don’t understand English.

Location is next to main highway, easy to reach. Hotel has delicious vegetarian food in room service. Staff is helpful

The room was clean and comfortable. However, due to the change of season, the weather became warmer, but the air conditioning system was still set for winter, cold weather. Because of this, the temperature could not be changed to cool the room. This condition caused slight discomfort at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Our trip was planned for medical purposes. Even though the hotel was a bit far from Ankara airport, the location was very good, with many Turkish restaurants around and also close to one of Ankara's major hospitals. The staff was helpful and very kind.

The bathroom facilities in the room are not suitable for two or more people at all. The breakfast doesn't meet 5 star hotel rate. We couldn't find International TV channels and TV equipment was not always working well. Be prepared to pay 85 TL for can of coke from the mini bar.

The location of the hotel is conveniently located to the main road and close to a good range of cafes and restaurants with hospitable atmosphere and tasteful Turkish and European cuisines. Gym, sauna and pool facilities are also conveniently located inside the hotel. Some of the staff was friendly and allowed to extend the stay for an extra 1.5 hours.

Enrich the breakfast menu, improve the quality of the mattress, they are too soft. Otherwise, no complaints, the hotel copes with its responsibilities. The main drawback is the lack of a door to the toilet and sound insulation. This is very uncomfortable and creates certain problems. In addition, there is completely no sound insulation in the toilet and between rooms. If you're lucky with your neighbors, you can endure it.

Breakfast was available for a fee. A little expensive, but enough to fill you up. The location of the hotel is excellent, you can reach anywhere in Ankara. Taxis and public transport work well. The rooms were cleaned daily, everything was clean and tidy. The reception responded promptly to any client request. The window offers stunning views of the city. Although I stayed on a high floor and from the front side, so I can’t say anything about the back side of the hotel.

The bathroom of the room smelled very bad. But if I told them they would change my room. I didn't mind since it was only one night.

Nothing critical, but... The conditioner in the room worked in a strange mode: while I adjust it to 23 degrees in the morning, it was above 30 in the room when coming back from the office, so I had to turn the conditioner off and open the window before going to bed. I didn't use TV, but when I tried one evening, I couldn't find even one working channel - no signal or just a black screen ;-) It would be appreciated to have ONE button in each bed area to turn all the light in the room off ;-)

A very nice view from 17th floor. Window can be opened. Large and well equipped room. Separate shower and WC. Big breakfast area on the R-floor and a good choice of food.

Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, it was already closed when I checked in. I did inquire about airport shuttle service offered by hotel, but I ended up just taking a taxi. I was surprised that at the check in, staff insisted on charging me for the shuttle (because we had talked about it in booking chat).

Location was good, staff speaks English (which is rare for Ankara). Room was spacious and clean. I stayed only for 1 night, without breakfast. Toiletries are provided.

Rooms are little old, stains on the walls, heavily used furnitures. The bathroom has no door which is a huge deal breaker travelling as couple, coworker or family of sorts.

Rooms were very big and well designed Very helpful and kind staff Pool and spa area is very quiet and available for use. Semi-olympic pool is great. Very Nice city view. Centric location High variety breakfast.
