It would Have been useful to have tea towel/oven gloves. Using oven without this is difficult. Toaster Would be handy and Maybe microwave . Extra utensils Would Also help. The smoke Alarm is too sensitive When using Oven due t it’s close proximity to cooker, making it Difficult to Use the oven without Disruption. A manual in English for tv, as I had problem to change size of subtitles and nobody could Help. I think air Conditioning Should be available all Year round . It was difficult for me without it, I had to suffer noise of open windows and traffic to stay cool. Although I could not Use spa or massage facilities due to Surgery I think it would be good For them to be open all year round. I would Want to make Use of these if I stayed in istanbul again, so if they were not available It would Influence my reservation . But it was specified at booking that they were not available, so it’s just an observation .

I liked the location, close to Shop and Cafe, a Short walk to the shopping Mall and The clinic I was attending . A good cleaning service with fresh bedding and towels every two days. I liked reliable WiFi connection, a comfortable bed. Extra pillows on request. I liked use of the treadmill and Gym area. Helpful reception staff for extension of my stay. Good supply of coffee, tea, Toilet Rolls etc . I liked having a dishwasher, washing machine and cooking And Refrigeration facilities. Always Smelled nice in communal Areas . Reception staff helpful, polite And welcoming .

The jacuzzi was not available and the kitchen lacked the essential equipment, such as a teapot, bread basket, salad bowls, large plates for food etc, a rinser by the sink to place washed dishes to dry

Suggestions for improvement: 1. Ensure all lights are in working order for better illumination. 2. Address the audio problems with the IPTV to enhance the viewing experience. 3. Conduct regular maintenance to prevent further wear and tear. 4. Replace or refurbish the rusted washing machine for better functionality. 5. Consider providing complimentary detergent for guests' convenience.

No resturant in the facility so we had to buy grocery for the kids breakfast in case we can't go out early to a near resturant which are few steps away. Food applications only work for turkish numbers so was hard to order food too. Cleaning is not every day only every 2 days. One bathroom/shower room for the full family so it takes time till everyone get ready.

The location was great and the apartment was large also staff were very supportive and helpful especially Denis he was always trying to make our stay comfortable.

They cleaning staff will definitely open the door and come in even if you tell them not to disturb. They wont care about it.

Perfect location with extremely helpful staff. Huge apartments. We did stay 6 nights. First 1 bedroom and then 2 bedroom. Both are perfect and equipped everything that you need. Perfect underground parking. Must give a try. You will not be disappointed.

The apartments require renovation (room 807) - I was assured it’s going to happen this December. The room looked clean but for some reason the floor was sticky and slippers become dirty quite quick. The pot is too small to cook food for more than 2 people at once.

Enough space to fit a family of 4 adults and 2 children, kitchen, two bedrooms, washing machine. Friendly staff helping with any request.

the bed was not comfortable and the sheets also. the shower is a bit of a nightmare to use but it does come with instructions but still very awkward to use especially for kids. the size of the shower is great. the toilet is far to big and auto flush that does t always work is also a pain.

the size, the storage and they tv has all the channels. love the kitchen that has dishwasher and washing machine. clothing rack and iron also.

the furniture in the apartment was quite old and used, definitely needs to be renewed especially in the living room, the sofa needs to be changed. the water in the shower was clogged, we asked the staff and they fixed it.

the apartment was spacious, equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine and basically, with everything which is needed to feel comfortable for staying for 2 weeks, the rooms were big and comfortable, staff was very friendly, we loved our stay, would highly recommend.
