In case you take the revolving room, please note that you wont be able to open the curtains since there are buildings everywhere around except when the view is the sea The parking get full easily, however there are pleny of empty parking places around the hotel

Here just what I would like to see improved :) The TV set, the kettle and the shower should be updated, it is an old, In a hotel of a such a class, a contemporary generation of a smart TV is a must, in my opinion :) maybe it’s because I’m not always a night out goer :)

Overall it was good experience living in a revolving building with huge panoramic windows and concept design of the room is little bit futuristic and it’s great! :) Easy access to the beach and huge swimming pool :)

. There was very little not to like. The decor in the room wasn't brilliant. Concrete ceiling looked out of place although the room was comfortable

More (commmercially) could have been done in relation to pets. Dog walkers, snacks for pets etc. May be even a partition in the restaurant for per owners :)

Excellent comparative price/quality ratio! Large and well lit rooms. Very attentive staff! ....and it is by far the best pets friendly hotel!

Some of guest don't like kids and complain about noise, but it is not hotel fault.only thing we miss kids play ground in hotel area, but it is not big deal because they have few not far away from hotel!😊

Staff was very friendly, especially one of porter, which was talking in russian, very helpful and friendly guy, thank you! All staff profesional and help you in any case! We enjoy our stay in this Hotel! Thank you! 😊

Tea. Please improve the tea at breakfast. Room furniture could do a renewal. I think they are almost 2 decades old at this point. But it was comfortable.

Location and view is great. Food is also appropriately priced even if you get room service. Staff also helps with parking your car and taxi. Staff also helped us with problems we had with the room. Is also a safe tourism hotel apparently with regards to COVID. Very spacious common spaces.

Except they have alcohol bottles in every room. If you are not a Muslim, then it is fine. But, for us, it bothered us. Also, the Jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms are mixed so males and females can enter and use everything simultaneously. Again, for Muslims, it could be an issue. We went there from the UK, so it was hot for us. The air conditioner does not go down below 15 degrees for some reason. The room was spacious, and the view from the windows was beautiful.

Everything was great. The service was excellent, and the staff members were great. They had all the 5-star facilities for a fantastic price. The breakfast buffet was great too.

I didn't like only one thing - in spite of the great, hot, almost summer day weather and a nice sea temperature the hotel had been trying to close the beach starting already from October 30 when they had taken away the regular staircase to the sea. Why? What was the reason to do it? Why not let the people swim and enjoy the last days of summer? No answer...

I was totally happy with early check-in and late check-out, room was spacious, clean and comfortable with unbelievable sea-view, breakfast is quite ordinary but restaurant Tutti is my favourite place at the hotel because it's cozy, queer and panoramic. Most of the personnel are very friendly and very professional. Thanks to everybody! Looking forward to coming back ;)
