The only drawback in breakfast was the juice, it was like a concentrate, as if the powder had been diluted with water. I think we should serve normal juice

A little noisy early in the morning due to a construction site behind the property.

Breakfast is simple but good for the price. The location and cleanliness of the property are good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Tram and metro stations near.

Room size was a bit cramped, especially the counter for making coffee. You can't control the cooling or heating directly from within the room but have to call reception who adjust it for you. They are of course very helpful and attentive but it is still a bother.

Great value hotel. Good location, very close to Aksaray tram station, about 12-15 minutes walk from Universite metro station, and 30-35 minutes walk from Sultan Ahmet square. Good breakfast buffet. Neat and clean rooms. Good wi-fi. Kettle and a mini-cooler in the room. Very courteous and helpful staff.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom.

The staff were extremely kind they allow my daughter to use their dining room every night to study and they were caring asking if she was confortable.

Nice location, close to multiple public transport options. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Room is basic but has everything you might need and it's also soundproof (there was construction work outside our window but with windows closed no noise could be heard). Pleasant stuff and overall we had a great stay!

The location is close to the Yenikapi and Aksaray station metro staitio and Aksaray tram station. Also is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Everyday room cleaning. Good breakfast, located at the top of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They guided us what to visit, they even changed our room on our request and they also ordered some Dürüm Kepab at midnight. Coffee, tea and water is for free all day long. I fully recommend this accommodation!

The staff was soooo friendly and gave us all the information we needed. Thank you for the nice talk about football :) Breakfast was good based mostly on vegetables, but this is typically turkish. Our room was pretty big, it was hot and the temperature can be changed only by the reception. Very close to Aksaray tram station (T1). I recommend the hotel!

The hotel's location in the vibrant Laleli district was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. Location of the hotel is very good, close to public transportation. The room was clean and very pleasant. The staff was kind, flexible and very friendly, you will immediately feel very comfortable. We arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to check-in early and offered free breakfast. We were not mistaken in choosing this hotel and will recommend it to everyone.

Not applicable - we liked our stay

It was our second time staying at Meretto Hotel and we really enjoyed it again. Definitely good value for money, with a good breakfast and excellent location, away from the noises of a busy city, but at the same time central and convenient to take transportation to the airport.
