The host gave us the wrong address and had to deal with finding the correct address at midnight. We were left some 600m from the correct spot. The taxi driver had a "fight" over the phone with the host. All got resolved but it makes up for a rather uncomfortable situation. It would've been ok if we were backpacking. All my taxi drivers said the neighborhood was dangerous (it was ok for us and the locals were very nice, ZERO issues). Probably won't stay here again but I recommend it for your first time in Istanbul!!

The apartment is in the heart of the city. The immediate area is very cozy and perfect for experiencing local life. The apartment is SUPER comfy and cozy. The apartment manager has zero English but is 100% willing to help, that's not easy to find and always very nice.

Mr Barbous is amazing host. Location of his property is in a very convenient location which is accessible to all major historical and shopping places. Miss Anna who is the care taker of the property was of great assistance was always positive for any assistance and information we asked for. She goes out of the way to assist us.

The AC could have worked better but it was alright since the weather was cold during our stay. The stairs are a bit steep and can be difficult for older people to climb and carry suitcases. And there wasn't any name board making it difficult for us to find their location the first time. However, the apartment is ideal for young families looking to stay in the main area with good facilities.

Pashas house is located in Sultanahmet area and is just a 10 min walk away from major locations like Blue mosque and Hagia sophia. The tram stop is nearby too. We could see the coast from the terrace and had a great walk to it. The rooms are exactly what they show in the pictures and they are clean. Their apartment is well-equipped and we used their kitchen to make tea in the morning. The bathrooms had a constant supply of hot water as well.

The apartment is a bit small, but enough room to dine and the beds were wide enough for two. The street is quite noisy even with the windows closed, so get some earplugs. There aren't much toiletries in the bathroom, so bring your shampoo and shower gel with you.

The location was amazing - most of the sights in walking distance. There a lot of small grocery stores on the street, a really nice pide place across the street, multiple restraunts. A tram station is quite close. The owners were very helpful, a small gas problem got fixed right away and our request for an extra blanket was met with no problem. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were made and every guest got 2 towels.

The only thing I could mention is that the road was a bit noisy

The hosts were very helpful and friendly, giving us instructions both for the house and for the surrounding area. The house is beautiful with nice decoration and very clean. The heating and hot water were there when you wanted them. Thank you very much for everything our stay it was incredible

Wifi was not the greatest but asked for the password of another wifi they had and it was much better.

Great location.Great communication with the staff. A bit of noise from the traffic around but it doesn’t seem to be an issue when you feel comfortable inside the room with all of those facilities being in place. No lift in the building but I have been helped by them with my luggage and I really appreciate it! Great experience,many thanks!

No lift in the building, not suitable if u can’t lift your own big luggage. The location is kind of downtown, so if i want to go to centre (hagia sophia, grand bazaar, etc), it’s near but the street is uphill.

Mr. Barbaros and his assistant, Ms. Anna are super helpful n friendly. We had late check in on 2 am and no issue, we also requested for late check out and Mr. Barbaros was really understand us :)) Everything is the room is perfect, same as in the picture.

Unfortunately Google Maps couldn't find the hotel, but we managed to get there using Maps by Apple.

The bed was not comfortable. Also it was really annoying that we were hearing our neighbours from the uppper apartment - that was really loud. We also sugest the owner to write the name of the apartment on the door, because our taxi driver was having a lot of trouble finding an apartment.

The apartment has a great location, it is close to the city center and to all tourist attractions. It is also well equiped - you have everything you need. The host was very nice, she provided us a cot for a baby and waited for us when we came from the airport.

The Apartment is perfectly situated within walking distance to the most popular tourist attractions. It was spacious, clean and fully equipped with kitchen and washing machine. As our train left in the evening we were allowed to check out really late which was super friendly and very helpful The owner was reachable by telephone and also spoke German. When you arrive you Just need to have a phone incl. Sim Card to contact them as there is no reception.

The only thing I could say was when we arrived it was late at night and finding the house was difficult at night, because the Google address was not updated. But We were truly grateful to the taxi driver who didn’t left us there .. he really made sure we were at the right place .

We really enjoyed our stay in The pasha’s house. It was located in the central of the city and the shops were very near by it was specially handy because I had 16 month old daughter who needed milk and few groceries also the we could get the public transport in walking distance .. We would recommend the place to a good reasonable stay .. People were very friendly and kind.

Not sure if the air conditioning works but the owner offered to send someone round to look at it.
