The rooms were a bit small and we were a bit disappointed of the breakfast and dinner variety, as we had pretty much the same food for 3 days in a row.

The staff was great and really helpful.

It was a heavily scented hallway.

Partition wall which divided sleeping area of the parents from the sleeping area of child. Good wi-fi. Pleasent stuff. Great location. I liked that during meals, different vegetables were available.

the hotel is 3* star! Not 5* star hotel at all. There are small rooms, bathroom 1.5 m2. Breakfast every day the same and tasteless, staff playing with mobile phones - inattentive. No one checked you at breakfast coming, so anyone from the street could eat.

Location, price/accomm ratio is very cheap->only 70€ per night

Excellent location, great rooms and breakfast, clean pool/sauna, accommodating staff and exceptional service at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend for a stop over in Istanbul Only 45 min from IST

Some hotel employee entered my room at 2 in the morning to bring me water that I had never asked for. He knocked a few times I told him to go away but he just unlocked the door with his key and walked in. I woke up in a complete shock. The management didn’t explain what happened when I asked him to check whether they had sent someone to my room. Creepy.

Noisy, room doors have alarms which are triggered in error frequently, hard to get a good night's sleep due to door alarms going off throughout the night

Great location with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Public transport links from Taksim a short walk. Friendly staff except the lady at reception who was pushing us to leave a positive review a bit too much.

The location, ambience and cleanliness is superb. Reception staff and other service staff ready to help anytime. There are restaurants and shops around the hotel. City centre type of walk way and indigenous shops just behind the hotel. Location is walkable distance from Galata Tower and Taksim. In all, a very good and memorable stay in Ramada

The hot food for the dinner sometimes was cold and the outdoor pool was closed.

We liked the room very much, it was clean, the location of the hotel is also very good. Breakfast was great.

Breakfast was a mess, The management of breakfast area, seating, refilling of food, queuing was horrible. Ramada was unable to offer a peaceful start of the day. The breakfast experience was just unacceptable. The staff engaged during breakfast was rude, the food refills were so delayed or not even there, there were not enough chairs for people to sit, nobody had a clue on what’s happening.

Room was visibly dirty when first arrived (was cleaned to good standard next day though), despite being advertised as a 5* would probably rate it closer to a good 3*. Upstairs terraced/rooftop pool/ bar closed and not mention of this prior to booking - which was a main reason of our stay. Room was fairly small (smaller than it looked on pictures) but was comfortable. Breakfast included is a nice touch, but most days was poorly handled - too many people and often no food left. Staff were strangely pushy about leaving a review when checking out, and wanted us to leave a high review in front of them, which made us feel uncomfortable which honestly soured our view slightly on the staff…Keep in mind ratings may have a positive bias If this is indeed normal practice for most guests..

Good facilities in Spa, location excellent, bed was comfortable, staff are attentive!
