Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

All in all happy If you want to have nightlife and a place to sleep with secure and beatiful terrace for breakfast with good access to istiklal, underground, tram and pubs it is one of the best choice in this range.

ItalyThis hotel was a disappointment! The bedding was dirty and the room was pretty average. The area on the rooftop that was set up for breakfast was also unkempt and dirty with all sorts of items strewn around and looking very untidy. The lookout from our window was of rooftops. We have travelled and been in many hotels and unfortunately this one rates as one that we liked the least.
Jamila and Melissa at reception together with the housekeeping staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is central but not so close to the Bosphorus promenade and to the various ferries. Lots of walking is necessary up and down hills to go anywhere. But that is Istanbul!

United StatesThe room service was not ideal. We had to tell them everyday that we needed water towel, etc. But they would provide us soon as we told them. The rooms were a little dark. All in all we had a comfortable stay at this hotel and may repeat our stay there.
I stayed at the pera hill hotel with my family in July 2022, we had five rooms for 11 people in total for 1 week. The location is great. It is 2 minutes walk from istiklal Street and 10 minutes from Taksim street. The staff were great. Doruk helped us with filing a case with police when one of my family members wallet was rubbed. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was great and had a good variety. It changed day to day.

United StatesThere are 2 lifts and they are small, there could be a wait during breakfast time. Other than that, it's a very good stay.
Booked here at the last min and I was surprise they have rooms available. close to shops and restaurant, just steps away from Istiklal Street. It's also close to Sishane Metro station and Tünel funicular railway. I was on the 4th floor and it's quiet enought for me to sleep. I am a light sleeper. WiFi is good. Hotel also arranged transporation to the airport for me, very professonal driver at a reasonable price.

GermanyThe coffee was not good, but we enjoyed the tea. Loud at night because of the bars and the streets right in front of the hotel. There were some construction works on the breakfast terrace and a bit noisy sometimes.
The whole staff was very polite, they welcomed us dearly and helped with everything we needed. Breakfast was also good, on the hotel terrace with nice view from the hill. They offered us a double room first, since we booked two separate beds we requested a room change and the staff took care of this really quickly. The location is perfect for reaching the shopping street Istiklal (literally behind the hotel) Taksim square and Galata tower. Metro station is 5 min down the hill and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
