Someone at the hotel parked our car when we arrived alongside a white wall & scraped the right door leaving paint on the car. We had inspected the car when we rented it & there was no mark on the car the day prior. When my husband pulled the car out (we got the keys to retrieve the following day), it was so close to a white wall across the street from the property that he needed to pull forward for me to be able to get in. Guessing when it was being parked, that’s when it happened. No one at the hotel said anything about it. We had full coverage, so we didn’t pursue it further…but staff should be honest if a mistake is made and inform guests if something like that happens. After that, we parked the car ourselves & kept our keys. Not thrilled about that happening, but a truly lovely hotel otherwise.

Great location, relaxing atmosphere/vibe (fireplace is amazing), solid drinks, comfy beds, enough space(s) to lounge, felt secluded/private. We look forward to returning.

Pool is maybe too close to reception. I would have put in a hedge to divide the space as people in bathing suits may not want to be viewed by checking in parties and staff going about their business.

It was a bit overpriced. We stayed in a few places around Turkey and you could get similar style/type for much less

The facilities, the stuff , korhan who made our stay even better with all the help he tried to provide . The interior is special , the chill vibes and the music are so welcoming , the breakfast is served with love and a smile . the rooms are so clean and comfortable . the pool is amazing , the BMW drivers are always ready to drop you to any location and pick you up . I just didn’t want to leave the hotel . I will definitely come back .

Afternoon cocktails did not always come with the expected 'nibbles' that arrived on the first and fourth day but not any of the other days. I am also not a fan of pre-authorisations when they are for the full extent of the hotel bill as they tie up the available balance on your credit card for days/weeks on end. We decided to pay on a different credit card than originally booked with due to the preferential exchange rates given at the time, but I am still waiting for the two pre-authorisations to disappear from my credit card 'pending' transactions and they amount to many £000's.

Great location - easy enough walk into town for restaurants etc, but also far enough away to be quiet and restful. In fact, one of the most restful holidays we have ever had with no urgency or compulsion to anything unless you wanted to. Food was great (especially the sushi & sashimi) with a great Turkish breakfast every morning. Staff were also very accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. The private beach close by and private transfers to it (in new BMW's), made a nice change too.

Breakfast was amazing. Everything was absolutely Fresh especially the tomatoes. The green juice was refreshing. The traditional Turkish breakfast or eggs any style was great. The chef was very friendly. Everyone spoke English very easy to communicate Staff was very accommodating. The pool and garden had a nice relax atmosphere. Room size was perfect for a couple. The hotel also offered private transportation to their private beach for hotel guest only. They also gave great recommendations for restaurants and shops in the area. House keeping was always excellent

Great food and drinks, especially the cocktails were amazing. Such a nice layout and interior design. Although the weather was rainy during the whole trip, you could spend all day and night inside without getting bored. Great taste in music!

This hotel is extremely overpriced. There is absolutely no attention to service or taking care of their guests. We were quite shocked and explained this at checkout.

Breakfast was good but service was absolutely awful. We thought we were in some sort of experiment. The worst stay during our tour around Turkey. We actually checked out of an amazing hotel to give this hotel a try. I mean it looks so cool but it's not. We were disappointed from the moment we stepped in.
