We are satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Extremely friendly and smiling staff. The food is varied and healthy. A pleasant tradition is the afternoon tea break, where hotel visitors gather in the lobby. The spa has warm thermal water which is hot in the mixed pool and warm in the women's pool. There is a salt room and a sauna. Ahmed's massages are professional and healing. Towels and bathrobes are changed every day, the room is cleaned. Bed linen should be changed every 3-4 nights. The hotel was not very busy at the time of our arrival, but for example in the salt room during our entire stay there were either wrappers or plastic cups on the floor. Plastic wrappers from slippers fly near the pool. Although I saw that the spa area is constantly cleaned. Also the floors in our room were dusty. The balcony was also not clean. There were also no mugs in the room, which was unusual. There is a kettle, tea and sugar, but no mugs. We called reception and they brought us cardboard cups and instant coffee so we could drink coffee. I was also surprised that there is no barista, I would love to drink a cup of quality coffee in the morning and evening, the first thing in the city I went to a cafe. The hotel also lacks a place where you can walk in the evening, when I booked, I saw that there was a green area around and thought there might be walking paths, but there are none, which is a pity.

This is a great place. We really liked the hotel and the service. Excellent breakfast and dinner, I really enjoyed it. The massage is very relaxing. I am not completely satisfied with the cleanliness. In any case, I recommend, this is a very good hotel with good service. I think this is a super place to spend a weekend or just a day to get distracted, swim in the thermal and regular pools, go for a massage and have a delicious meal.

Furniture needs to be renovated. It’s a great place with huge potential. Seems that it was a luxurious hotel some days ago, but it needs investments to shine again.

There was human dirt in the shower room of the thermal pool The receptionists were not friendly at all The lady who does (guest relation ) she did not bother to say Hello to us . They hotel charges us 20 lira for hair cover which cost only 5 lira .

There was some smell of mold or something in the room, so, we had to keep airing the room by opening the balcony's door. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable.

Great view on the lake. The spa area has pools with thermal and cool water, sauna and Turkish bath (open 8am- 8pm and as a hotel guest you don't pay any extra). The massage service is pretty good, around 30euros for 50 min full body. Breakfast and dinner were tasty, a wide choice of dishes and a magnificent view on the area from the 5th floor of the restaurant. Would definitely return here again.

Dinner is less option than befor Massage is so expensive compared to last summer The way to the outer apartments is not covered and person may become sick when he pass after swimming

Facilities in the room must've been renovated: shelf in a jacuzzi was broken, toilet flush in a second bathroom fall off, latch of the entrance door missed. Food in the restaurant was good, but no diversity at all: every dinner there is a one chicken and one beef dish.

It's very good in general - thermal pool is great, rooms in villas are big and comfortable. Most of the staff is helpful and friendly. We booked it off the season - so it was super quiet, not many people, only us at the pool, etc.

No touristic information available. The rooms were cleaned extremely bad. Even papers from the previous guest were in the room. One should take off 2 stars of the 4 star hotel. The building and rooms (except the bathroom) need really repair/maintenance.

Good food and excellent thermal bad with sauna. Very good bed and very nice bathroom. The space of the room was good. The location was great. It is really a place for relaxing.

The temperature of the pool was 40 degrees, and it was impossible to stay more than 5 min. We spoke to the staff responsible for the pool but no result. The pool was always empty. There were no people in the pool.
