The location and panorama view of mountain and green forest were excelent. Suny and Porya , the staffs in the reception were so kind and helpful. They had smiles all the time and gave us good information aboat the hotel, Termal and Yalova. The spa, hot mineral water swiming pool was excelent. Mr. Ahmed and Ms. Narmin were in spa and we got very good massage and turkish bath there.

Slow check in process. On check in we were asked to sign papers in Turkish language with no English translation. We were only 2 people and we booked a 2 bedroom suite enough for 4 people, however they charged us 25% more than what was on Booking.com for 1 extra person because only myself was on the reservation.

I had a problem about car parking. Somebody hit my car in the car parking area and we couldn’t find who did this. Hotels security camera was not showing that area(i don’t know how it is possible!) and they didn’t do anything. They only call policeman and thats all. As you see there is look like a private car parking area for hotel but it is not. Hotel manager clearly stated that “we don’t have special parking area, our customer must use common places”. And i asked to hotel manager: Don’t you give guarantee about customers cars security? And he said: We don’t give guarantee about that. It means if somebody steal my car in front of hotel, they will not take any responsibility. You can imagine how they destroyed my vacation. Do not use your own car if you prefer this hotel. Because they clearly said that “i don’t care your car security”

I booked a family suit and they gave us a unclean room. Then I tried to call to have them change our room but they did nothing. This was by far the worst 300 Euros I ever had to pay considering that it would’ve been better if I slept in the car. I spoke to reception and the person in charge there and all they did was tell me sorry. very disgusting rooms and not worth even more than a 50 euros.

We really can't think of much, but the one bummer for us was how the spa and pool facilities were closed at 20:00. We are used to spas and pools being open until much later abroad (23:00). However, this seems to be the norm across Turkey, so I can't say much.

Superb MASSAGE services from Mr. Ahmet down at the spa--he was definitely the highlight of our time there! All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and nice, and the view from our room was amazing. We also expected the room to be much smaller, but it was really spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The cold starters for dinner were absolutely delicious! We think this was great value for money--will definitely be coming back.

the spa is the best thing in this property.. if you are searching for a calm and relaxing place, it’s the best destination for u at Termal.. The food is pretty good .. for the spa, you have a outdoor swimming pool with normal water, a mixte thermal interior pool a salt room to relax, man space with sauna and turkish hamam and the best of all : women area with thermal pool, sauna and turkish hamam.. Ahmet, from the spa is a very helpful person and is always her to help with anything, and he do a very good massage that you have to try

Amazing location with lovely nature. Spa is great. Mr Ahmad in spa is very professional. Mrs Nirmeen is the best one in the world for massage and turkish hamman. Food is delicious . I will come back soon!

they did not give me my booked suit and try to sell me the smallest standard room and tell lies and they kept me waiting 3 hrs after 14:00 hrs too late check in and they did not have a Manager on duty . I came to know they gave my suit to somebody by mistake as an upgrade and there was no more suit even though my suit is already paid in advance . Food and beverage Manager was very kind and ask them to give me bigger room but it is out side hotel and very cold and doll ad it is summer rooms . I did not like the attitude of reception and front disk manager . they need trading and ethic courses
