Lovely little hotel with friendly & helpful staff. Nice food in the restaurant - handy location for some shops couple of bars & about 15 min walk to the beach ( depending on how fast you walk )😀

Although it was good, the breakfast can be more varied from one day to another. Also, we had a couple of issues with the toilet tank, however the staff fixed it immediately.

The staff was outstanding and highly customer focused. The accommodation is located in a quiet area with plenty of parking spaces and nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The facilities are great, and the room is equipped with all the necessities for a lovely stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the 4 days spent at this accommodation and we recommend it to anyone.

only thing I would recommend to improve: we had a room with pool access. kids were jumping into the pool the whole time. not nice to not be able to enjoy the balcony with pool access if you get splashes of water and jumping and screaming kids the whole day. maybe no jumping should be introduced as a rule

The swimming pool works only from 9 am but it would be nice to swim early in the morning while children are not there.

I liked how quiet and comfortable the hotel is. The staff was good but they were not too much and I was happy, I spent my time alone and nobody bothered me. The breakfast was also very good.

Indoor pool closed as it was not working and outdoor pool was too cold. Spa bath not working in one room. Had to wait for over an hour to change rooms then had to wait another hour for a plug to be able to use the bath in second room.

We went to have breakfast around 9AM each morning and sometimes the warm food was already cold. The breakfast is also not great quality, just a buffet. The rooms are a little bit smaller than the pictures

We liked how clean, and how nice the staff working at the hotel was. The hotel has a great gym, sauna and Hamman. The indoors pool was empty and could not be used. The outdoor pool was great.

The breakfast didn't have juce included and also dinner. Bathrooms didnt have shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. It had only soap. Air conditioner was a little bit old. The blanket was too small for two people. Lighting in the room was kind of weak. The hotel doesn't have an elevator. The wifi was not functioning well all the time.

The staff was too friendly and so helpful. They have helped us on every detail, provided a good service and also never refused to exchange money with a good rate. I liked the suit. It had a jacuzzi and a sofa bed and was quite large with a good TV. The breakfast was good although it had no new options every day. I recommend having a dinner in the hotel at least one night with the open buffet option. The location was not bad. It had 3 super markets around and almoat 20 minutes walking to the beach. For local transportation it's one minute a way from the local bus station and 15 minutes by bus to city center. Ro services was way too good.

Everything was great

The hotel was clean ad tidy, the location also is great, it's close to the city center but on a quiet street. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, very friendly and helpful, always happy to help with anything guest wishes. On the last day, Ozan bey even took us to the hospital and helped with the PSR test , printed results. Highly appreciated. The second best thing is the Bar/restaurant, you can find the best food and the best service in the city (I visited most fancy places, not even close), my advise, you definitely need to try chef's dishes and Yakub's cocktails. Thank you for everything :)

Reception staff never answered the phone and most of the time were not on their desk Restaurant was very hot and humid, so eating breakfast was not a plaeasnt experience Room cleanliness could have been better, some dust and jacuzi was not very clean There were no towels in the room wheh we arrived and we have to ask for them

Dirty, shabby, very old room. Electronic key didn't work. Look at photo bed lamp - it's characterizes the entire hotel. At 21:30 town is dead, no open restaurants in town center including hotel restaurant. Look at photo from big center road of the town.

WiFi connection was very poor. The bath was extremely high to climb into!!!

The location , it was a very quiet area, but lots of bars and restaurants within an easy walking distance. A nice pool area.
