Nothing to mention. There was a problem in the shower at the arrival but was fixed in the same day.

Everything, Location: 5 min walk from public transportation station. Beach: the hotel offers free entrance to Yakamoz beach 5 min walk. Room view: View was exceptional Duden waterfalls from a side and the sea view from the other side. Staff : people were amazing, very helpful and friendly (reception , breakfast area , and the cleaning service)

Our room had no working phone and sometimes the shower would stop working and be completely cold. Cleaners also did not do the room regularly and we had to keep asking for a clean

The breakfast was nice, good options and were different each day. Staff really nice and helpful and we stayed in a penthouse room which had an amazing view.

This hotel is in the flight path of landing aircraft, so please be aware of this when staying. If you want a hotel close to the airport this is unavoidable - not a complaint on my part, just pointing this out for future guests. Don't think restaurant open when we visited (but it was the end of March/beginning April) and nearest eating places a car drive away to get much choice. Weirdly the only light in the room was the main one, so no bedside light to read by. This small thing might have made the room slightly more cosy at night.

Panorama room on 6th floor (606) had fantastic views and was spacious and clean with a decent bathroom Ideally located for a first or last night as very close to the airport Good value, very decent price.

Because of receptionist I didn’t like

It’s ok, not bad not best. Receptionist were not that customer oriented or they treat people by their country where they from. I did not like their talking way. Don’t care way of talking. But kitchen staff were best. Ferhat bey from kitchen was the best. Communicating nice, helpful always. He needs to sit in the Reseption meet guests it’s small recommendation to hotels patrons

Nothing, other than there is not much around the property, but it’s only a short drive so nothing to complain about

Their air condition was not working in our room.also there were no A/C in the corridors and also the lift. They had no phone in the rooms so if you needed anything you have to go to the reception.also there breakfast starts at 8 and our flight was on 10 o’clock.so even though we had breakfast included in our room we didn’t even have some coffee.(though they said they would arrange food box for us to go when we checked in,they did not)

Air condition turns off when one leaves the room and takes the key with them. So after a day outside upon return it is very hot in the room.

They don't have room service, A/C was not good in heat. They don't offer any extra card for kids room. You have to come to reception from 8th floor in night to take card to open kids room.

I came around 6 pm, but the room is not ready. They still cleaning the rooms. About breakfast there is not have cold drinks, they have only tea or coffee which are hot drinks.

Pricey for what they offer. Hotel room is a bit rundown.You can see some corners are not cleaned for a while and some small details could use a bit of repair.So is the immediate area. There is a military base next to the hotel which is a real eye sore.

Staff were helpful and pool was nice. Breakfast was nice too with enough choice for us.

You can hear the planes landing/taking off through the closed windows (they're basic windows, not modern sound isolated ones), but it was no problem to fall asleep nonetheless.

- Had to report twice the wc wasn’t working. Two days after “fixing” it, it stopped working again. - AC was leaking, informed reception and they’ve placed a towel on the floor, the problem never got fixed. - Breakfast is pretty much the same every day, not much of a variety - Although they have a private beach is not maintained at all (dogs and cats doing their needs everywhere, dirty beach loungers, extremely dirty toilets) - Be really careful when it comes to money. The reception guys been nice helping us daily ordering food or taxis and giving us indications on how to get to the bazaars but they’ve also tried to rip us off. When paying for an organised tour that was in euro, they asked for 8.500TL instead of 8.150. When I showed them, one said “okay, okay no problem” but another one got very heated and asked me what’s the issue since I wouldn’t get anything for those money in London…. The guy was very rude and cocky but I would like to mention it was an isolated event. - Another thing I very much disliked is them cleaning the restaurant while we were eating. Got my feet mopped multiple times, I find it very unprofessional. They also come and take the plate from the table as soon as you stop eating, sometimes while you still chewing on your last piece of food… not professional and annoying - Lights in the restaurant toilets don’t work Overall the hotel is not great or suitable if you’re looking to have a relaxing and nice holiday but it’s a fair place if you only need a place to stay while exploring Antalya.

- Close to the beach - Rooms are big enough for a couple - Nice views from the rooms and hall - Reception guys were nice and helpful with few exceptions. They will help if you need anything, just ask - Rooms get cleaned daily and all towels replaced (Not a deep clean but still) - They offer you beach towels and the entrance on their private beach is free (however, reduce your expectations to 0 since their private beach looks nothing like the pictures they posted) - Private pool big enough for 20 people. The water is not too warm but it’s honestly the best thing about this place - On our last day they’ve been very nice letting us use the pool until our taxi driver came to pick us up (which was a few hours after the check-out)

We were travelling with small family (husband, wife and almost a year old kid) - the room is too small, with the child bed there was no room to walk around. There is no wardrobe in the room at all so all you luggage can only live in the cases. The mosque dynamics are close so with the opened window wakes you up every night ~ 5am.

Breakfast was good, quite rich for Turkish hotel, stuff is always friendly and helpful. Room view to the sea is good and the view from corridor is the best view of Antalya waterfall you could find. Close walk to beach with bars, about 10 minutes walk to Lara beach.
