We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Russia- my wish, give more food to cats, meat that is left over from guests, please; - only 1 type of beers, draft Efes.
What was amazing: - food, large selection (still have pig meet); - sweets were really good (usually in Turkey beautiful sweets, but don’t delicious); - every time free sun-beds near the pool; - staff, working quickly and they all know English (only with 1 waiter we had accident, a manager of hotel fixed problem and help, after that accident I didn’t see this waiter); - hotel likes cats (I founded one cat, whom I carried food all the time); - cocktails good (if compare with standart 5 stars hotel in Turkey). There are no young people, only pre-retirement and retirement age. NO NOISE FROM CHILDREN, every time quite ! It is incredibly nice.

GermanyWe were three people and bed for third guest was not comfortable. In any case not for a big size adult. Food a bit repetitive and main dishes (warm) taste too simple. Alcoholic beverages not very good. Wine in included options only local and rather average quality.
Good location close to beach and little walking distance to Site, nice tourist attraction with ancient city walls and majestic columns. They are in process of excavation and restoration. Many bars, souvenir shops there and chance to walk and spend nice evening. Hotel is not very big, not too crowded therefore and more suitable for those who is really looking for relax and rest. Good variety of food options, huge variety of deserts, local entries. excellent service, very polite and friendly staff

United KingdomThe tui staff did not seem to have a formal desk so sometimes hard to find them. But they were always polite and helpful.
The food at the buffet was amazing, fresh salads everyday. Particularly enjoyed Turkish night and the gala night. All the staff are very conscientious and friendly. They organised a small party with fizz for my dad and a birthday cake in the evening. There was entertainment on throughout the day and shows in the evening. We particularly enjoyed the table tennis.

We first came to this hotel almost 10 years ago and loved our time here. We wondered if it would be as good as we remembered and it was - the hotel is very clean and comfortable, the food is fantastic with so much choice (we particularly enjoyed the fresh salads and array of desserts on offer!) and the staff always go above and beyond. We were celebrating Dad's 60th birthday on this trip so we asked if we could arrange for a bottle of bubbles to be available at the beach in the morning, not only did they do this but they also booked us in for a wonderful a la carte dinner and made his evening very special. We cannot praise the staff highly enough. The hotel is also in a great location - the beach is very close by and it's a pleasant walk along the seafront into Side. We will be back!

Small hotel so buffet wasn't huge but a great selection and quality. A la carte lunch/snack restaurant a great alternative. Quality of drinks were great and never had to wait to be served and the pool had an excellent waiter service. Swim up room great for a more chilled out/quiet relax. Hotel very well maintained to a high standard and clean throughout. Staff were very friendly and always making sure that everything was OK. Rooftop bar great for a sunset drink or a quiet place during the day with great views. Good location, a short walk to the beach, local bars and markets. Beach/pool bag a lovely touch.

TurkeyEverything was perfect except the wifi. It was not 10/10, but it was 7/10.
I came across a hotel where every detail was very well thought out and the price&benefit balance was at a high level. We were the only Turks during our stay, but we never encountered any different approach from the staff. The food was incredibly delicious, the hotel staff is highly trained and educated with a high level of hospitality. There is a staff and service understanding consisting of people who strive and work to make you happy which makes you feel this to the end and you feel comfortable, happy and peaceful during your stay.

We enjoyed the atmosphere and service in the hotel. Location is good: 3 min walk from the beach, staff is helpful and good activities in the hotel as well.

CanadaIf I have to say anything, I found the meal hours short, 7:30-9:30 am, 12:30-14:30 and 19:30-21:30: 2-hour window only and you can only visit their à-la-carte restaurant once during stay (can visit at additional cost).
This hotel was fantastic! Allll the staff and managers were extremely attentive and go above to greet you, learn your name and treat you like your the only one on the resort! The beach service was exceptional, with daily watermelon delivery, water, teas, included ice cream options! Their hamman Turkish spa experience was nice to have in the hotel!

SwedenThe only minor disadvatage was, in my opinion, a bit too loud music in the main restaurant. I don't mind the music but I'd prefer it to be a bit quieter, especially during breakfast. Everything else was just superb.
A lovely hotel where guests are treated with respect and feel welcome. Everyone was really nice: the restaurant stuff, the bar stuff, the janitors, the guys who work at the beach. The food is amazing with lots of vegetarian options and good variety. There was something new almost every day. The hotel has a gym, and offers table tennis, darts, aqua aerobics, volleyball games in the pool area etc. It takes 3-5 minutes to get to the beach and the beautiful antique Side is not so far away either.
