There was a continuos smell to cigarette in the bathroom and the room was at the ground level so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time

The chair's pillows were smelly.

The receptionist lady was very helpful. Other staffs also were welcoming. The view was stunning with big room and full facilities. Yummy breakfast( not buffet ) . Location was great but need to walk down the hills to the bus station and further to ferry or tram like 1 km. There are 2 supermarkets just right behind the hotel.

Rooms were old, even they give me an upgraded room it was old one and not so comfortable. the breakfast was really poor. if you compare with the price it was one of the fair ones in this city.

Staff of the hotel was really helpful and they really were able 24/7 so this was the best thing regarding this property. Also the location was perfect and you have everything nearby with a short walking distance.

Reparation which didn’t let us sleep, tv barely working with only 1 or 2 shows,tea maker not working, also if you are tall take care of your head . We didn’t eat breakfast but the menu choice provided was pretty short.

Generally everything was ok , stuff was nice even tho we didn’t interact that much . We came to Istanbul to celebrate my birthday, no any complimentary snacks or drink or whatever . Usually the hotel was always sending something as a happy birthday, however here do not expect anything. The reparations starting at 8-9AM will destroy your sleep .

A beautiful hotel and very clean. The staff is wonderful and very nice, especially Miss Hande. She is wonderful and kind. The food is quite good. The rooms have a wonderful view. I recommend them to all. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

The breakfast was good, yet i feel that more varieties can be added. The location is simply perfect. It is in the heart of besiktas and is near to other beautiful locations. The staff are very friendly and helpful and Hande is surely amazing in how she treats customers and facilitates things.

Only one english channel on TV and wifi not strong enough to load streaming videos (youtube/ netflix etc.). The lockset is a little antiquated but is safe enough.

The location was on a quiet street, very near to some of Istanbul's attactions. There is a street full of cafe and bars just a few steps down and the Bosphorus are a few minutes walk from the hotel. The room was huge with a sofa that fit two adults and even came with a washer & dryer to help your rotation. There are also several groceries shops around the corner which helps if you want to get some snacks or supplies.
