Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. Friendly approach to everything and all requests met. Hotel and beach restaurant made for a relaxed holiday with total convenience for the guest. Food and staff worked extremely hard from breakfast, through to lunch and dinner at Yali (on the beach) with a smile on their faces. A lovely compact and safe environment and one which I have plans to return to in the near future. It was perfect for my requirments.

And the restaurant serve dinner on the sea side every evening (reservation is needed), you should take it! Will come once again definitely!

United KingdomBefore booking the room via Booking.com, I called the hotel via Turkish number to verify. The manager said, "no room is available". But there was a room on Booking.com and we booked. The manager's act wasn't nice. It looked like trying to accept only foreign guests. Also, after staying 3 days in the hotel, we wanted to extend. We checked the room availability from Booking.com. And then talked to the staff. The manager offered a higher price even from the booking.com website price. He offered us a sea view room price for the mountain view room. Wasn't nice. After this happened, we changed our hotel.
The Hotel was okay but the manager wasn't The first night we stayed in the half-sea view room, but there was lots of noise because of the nearby restaurant cooling system. We talked to the staff and he said that there is only the mountain view room available and we accepted.

The place was spotless - even the beach - and İlker Bey was extremely helpful and welcoming, as were all the staff. The sea there is gorgeous and Turunç is a gem.

IranIt’s not worth it for what facilities you get. No tv, no safety box in your room , no kettle to make yourself a tea at night! no hair conditioner, no slippers, no lotion, no toothbrush and toothpaste. Every time someone was usig toilet upstairs made me wake up. I could hear people walking around on the upper level. the breakfast was so simple and it wasn’t buffet so you didn’t have options. I was eating same breakfast for three days!
the only good reason about the property was the location and staff.

United KingdomThe payment was calculated on the basis of Euros and then converted to lira. However the card machine then converted the payment to US dollars which added another £13.00 to our bill. If we had known this we would have paid in cash.
The hotel is in a stunning location and we had a glorious sea view. The staff were all really lovely and couldn't do enough for you. We didn't arrive until gone 1:00 am but reception stays open and the owner was there to welcome us. We loved using the pool and it was part of the reason we booked this hotel. The host was so accommodating that he let us keep the room as long as we wanted as there was no-one staying there that night.

United StatesThere didn’t seem to be hot water. Though I didn’t ask about it because I was only staying 1 night. The rooms a little small. No tea or coffee machine.
The location is perfect. It’s right in the middle of a beautiful cove. The sun rise is spectacular. The owner is very lovely and accommodating. I would have stayed longer if I had more time.
