We love the kindness and effort by the staff named Sokhit (hope the spelling is correct). He treat us very well to ensure we are comfortable enough. He also help to find our drone lost in the jungle 😅. We love the place and breakfast provided. View is superb! We actually booked 1 night stay, but end up we decided to extend 1 more night. The property is cabin style, love the design. The location in camlihensim is near to many attraction places like Ayder, Zilkale, Pokut etc. Definitely will recommended this place and repeat if I come again to Rize area.

The room has a very cottage like feeling, it is very spacious and cozy. The view is absolutely phenomenal featuring a very beautiful river. The host was very kind and helpful towards us. The breakfast was very large and filling. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

1. Amazing Hospitality. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay. Shoutout to Şevket who made sure we were well taken care of. 2. Sparkling clean Villa with beautiful view of the water stream and the mountains. 3. Close to all the activities in the area 4. Great breakfast 5. Easy access with multiple car parking spots.

The don’t offer lunch or dinner for extra money , last day i had to travel so early for my long flight and they didn’t give me any substitute for the breakfast, i asked for a takeaway or sandwiches they refused which is annoying because i have paid already for that

Everything was great. The location makes you feel as you are in the heart of the great nature of black sea region. The nature smell, the green mountains view, and the river water purl helps to clean and refresh your mind. Many thanks to the staff and specifically(Shawkat) who was very nice and helpful with us.

* Location - villa on the river, breathtaking view, nearby supermarket, around 10-15 minutes drive from center. Food (lunch/dinner) can be ordered from a nearby restaurant. Nearby activities- 20 minutes drive- rafting & zip-line. * Villa - each villa has its own entrance, with a spacious terrace & a small balcony on second floor. Spacious (stayed as a group of 5), well furnished, modern design & a great attention to details. Comfort bedding. * Staff - Modar was very nice & extremely helpful, there to help whenever & with whatever is needed. Complimentary coffee & tea was provided for us during the stay. * Wifi - strong * Breakfast - 10/10 * cleanliness- 10/10
