Have nothing to add for this box. If I had to really dig for a comment, it would possibly be the price but this is more of a top notch place so it comes with a price tag.

The owner of Tuvana was lovely. We were met by a staff member when checking in to help us park the car in their dedicated parking lot. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was one of the best meals from our trip. The location is perfect and in the center of the historic town. Would not change anything about our experience.

Seemed to try and be something it wasn’t. Didn’t really do it for me. The hotel is split in two with an ally running through. The breakfast in my opinion was poor.

My siblings and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The courtyard and pool area so so picturesque. Its very close to a lot of historic cites and the tram that takes you to the beach.

Third bed was fold up style, not so great for an adult, a proper single bed would have been better. Shower room very small and nowhere to hang towels.

Overall, this hotel was excellent and we’d would highly recommend it. But two things: (1) It would have nice if the pool bar was open. (2) Don’t bother eating at their restaurants for dinner. They are overrated and over priced. We ate at their Italian restaurant and the food was good but the service was horrible. They ignored us. But they added an automatic 10% tip anyhow.

The safe was not working and the security tried to fix this but it still was broken after some time.

The beds were not the most comfortable. The mattresses were old spring ones, but the room otherwise was very clean and pretty and the air conditioning worked well.

This place is in the old town and it's so pretty. We spent a lot of time in the pool, which was clean and a good temperature. It also has really nice places to eat, including a great pizza place, and the breakfast was really nice. The owner and staff was so kind to our child and he loved her and sat with her and her cat Sushi a lot!

the rooms felt very old and outdated, and the mattress was very hard. the restaurants were expensive, even with the 10% hotel guest discount.

perfect location. beautiful grounds. staff was so kind and helpful. I was on the 3rd floor and had a private rooftop balcony with a view of the ocean and the taurus mountains.

Very pretty & great central location. Good breakfast choices & lovely helpful staff. Has a good size pool, towels provided & east to order refreshments/ food for poolside or cooler tree covered dining area if preferred. Has 2 other restaurants & walking distance to large selection of others. 10 minutes walk to sea with rocky area & sunbeds. Depending on your package either free to use or otherwise 6 euros for the day. Recommend & would happily stay there again.

Absolutely nothing.

On our arrival at 11am, we were met by the owner who welcomed us so warmly with coffee, a little history of the hotel and excellent spoken English. We were checked in early and upgraded to the "pasha" room (805), which was magnificent with an excellent view. Attention to detail was very good; the aircon was on for our arrival, a filled mini bar (which nowadays is a rare treat), fruits and a bottle of complimentary red wine was all sublime. There are three restaurants on the same street that Tuvana own; fine dining (worth a visit), latino/mediterranean tapas (excellent) and an italian restaurant (a little dishevelled the day we were there). Nermin (the owner) was extremely quick to respond on booking.com messaging. Such a pleasure to deal with.

It was a bit difficult finding the hotel. Google maps kept taking us in the wrong direction.

The hotel was in the heart of the Old Town, so it was easy to get to nearby sights on foot. The restaurants on site are convenient.

The pool area, courtyards and terrace are beautiful, lovely places to sit and relax. The best time is the morning, before the hotel starts playing music by the pool, and the streets around the hotel get noisier.
