The rooms are very dirty.absolutely not cleaned.the employees are extremely disinterested and disrespectful.I chose an economy room, but the room I was given was in terrible condition.so when I asked for a new room, they demanded a 10-day reservation fee.I paid for a 10-day reservation, but I hardly stayed 1 night.I did not stay even though I paid for it and I booked a new hotel.I definitely do not recommend it.do not stay if you do not want to get germs and get sick! The room seen in the video is one of the best rooms in the organization.Toilet, bathroom was very dirty.Shower fixtures were problematic.!!

The entire place & particularly the owner whom I found very arrogant, non-caring, unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, indifferent & confrontational. There's filth everywhere & things are falling apart. No showerhead, toilet seat not attached as the screws are missing so one has to literally pick it up from the floor and put it on the toilet in order to sit on it. Holes on the wall and the wallpapers have peeled off so there's dust everywhereIf and your clothes keep getting dirty as a result of that. Cigarette smoking throughout the building and it's choking. Holes and stains all over the beds, the sheets and the pillowcases are all discolored as they're too old and too overused. The chairs & tables at the dining area so dirty so you have to put a piece of paper or cloth before g using them otherwise was your clothes get dirty & stained . Many things they're supposed to be thrown into the garbage they're all piled up. If you bring an issue to their attention the owner's attitude is that you pay so little here so stop complaining or go to a 5 star hotel if you're not happy. When I asked a male staff about toilet paper & soap he said you can get them at the market. Even if they pay me to stay there again I wouldn't stay there even for a night.

The only thing that I liked was the cleaning lady Zainab & the other staff at reception Salma.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Uyar Palace in Antalya. Where do I even begin? The sheets were so filthy I wouldn't let my worst enemy sleep in them. The towels smelled like they had been used to mop up a sewage spill. Hygiene? Non-existent. Cockroaches, both dead and alive, treated the room as their own personal playground. The window was broken, offering a convenient entrance for anyone or anything from the overgrown jungle-like garden. And don't even get me started on the lack of AC or fans in a room that felt like the depths of hell. The sweltering heat was only rivaled by the buzzing of relentless mosquitoes. The staff can barely understand a word of English. This place is a disaster, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. They had the audacity to claim that we had booked an "economy" room, as if that term justified subjecting us to conditions resembling a homeless shelter. Apparently, in their twisted logic, "economy" equates to tossing guests into a nightmare rather than simply offering a smaller, less luxurious room. This level of disrespect and disregard for basic standards of hospitality is truly shocking. In the end we paid 350TL per night more for a room that was at least somewhat passable. Still nobody came to clean or change the sheets in the week we stayed there, and I doubt they were changed before the next guests came to stay.

The location is the only plus point - close enough to the town and beach, with shops all around.

everything could be better, the whole place needs knocking down and rebuilding. absolutely disgusting smelly dirty no window or balcony as promised, fan barely worked they didnt have a spare one either, unusable filthy shared kitchen we stayed 2 nights then had to pay for other accomadation. airbnb now for us all the way. booking,com are a rip off having accomadation like like this on their site they obviously dont care.

so first of all this place smells disgusting from the moment you step in. then you get to the receptionist who has absolutely no clue whatsoever, booked room with 8 beds for family ended up in a room with 3 beds instead. cockroaches everywhere,broken cabinets, air-conditioning not working,torn and dirty bed covers/sheets, floor is broken. a disastrous place and still wouldn't give back my money. 0 stars and this place should not stay open. safety hazard electricity cables visible in the shower 🤦 stay away do not be tricked by the cheap price this place is not worth it.

The reception area greeted us with ashtrays full of cigarette butts on the counter. There were random boxes of tablets and miscellaneous items around the reception area. As we timidly approached our room which was on the fourth floor, the temperature in the building got hotter and hotter and must've been at least 40 degrees celcius as there is no AC in the whole building. Also no lifts. The door to the room resembled that of a cheap, plastic PVC shed door and there was a door-sized window open from the corridor to the room, which is a security hazard. The room itself left us shocked and dismayed. The beds were filthy, there were mascara stains on the pillow, where we can only assume a female guest had been receiving back-shots in the hours before; we assumed she would have been paying by the hour to use the facilities. The electric sockets were hanging from the walls, with cables just loose. The walls in the room were black with filth and had clearly not seen a lick of paint in many decades. I considered taking photos for evidence, but I didn't want my phone to catch an STI. There was no phone signal in the room to look for an alternative place to stay. We could not bring ourselves to sit on or touch any surface in the room, so we left after 5 minutes of me freaking out. The hotel owners should be ashamed to put their name to this place. It is clearly used for paying-by-the-hour guests. We left and stayed at a lovely, place up the road instead. We wouldn't have minded, for the price, if it was old, hot and falling apart - as long as it was clean. But it was absolutely filthy and I have PTSD from my 10 minutes there.
