Far away from maidan around 20 minutes walking. No left only stairs so it will be very difficult for old age people or handicapped persons. No carpet

Unfortunately, I've seen many hair on the bathroom's walls — very obvious and various ones, so that it really disappointed. And I haven't managed to find a warm blanket — maybe, it was in the closet, but I've decided not to check (and spent all night constantly waking up and getting sleepy again without any desire to stand up and check, huh).

Easy to find and, luckily, the staff was speaking English and was very friendly) The apartment overall was well-thought, providing all the basic stuff that I needed within my one-night stand. Yeap, it was essential for me just to have a bed to sleep and a bathroom to have a shower, but I'm satisfied with my choice.

Our stay was overall nice, but the thing that worth a particular mention is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who helped us organize our next stop by driving us to the bus station and helping us with the purchase of the bus tickets. It was really really appreciated :))

Location was good as i rented a car and it was very near to high ways. 8 min walk to the city center. 5 min or less walk to the public market.

The staff is very friendly and they tried to help us despite the language. Specially FURKAN and Ibrahim.

The location is at a 15mts walkable distance from the Meydan square . Late in the evening there are no eateries nearby and one has to walk till city center to pick a dinner which was a big disadvantage.

Breakfast is good , not a big spread . Value for money .

The breakfast should have more varieties.

The location is good. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, bakery, a little market. It is not far to walk center and shopping street. The KamilKoc (Flix Bus) shop is nearby. The staff can contacts Zenofon(Tour Company) for daily English speaking tour to Sumela Monastery, Uzungol and Batumi( Georgia ) on Saturday.

The location was mediocre. Very busy area, but not really near any restaurants or services. My fault, but I didn't realize that there was no elevator.

The staff was helpful when needed. The room was fi e for the price.

Lots of stairs and no lift which was ok for us but might not be suitable for everyone

The owner was very helpful, he couldn’t do enough to help us, he even took us back to the airport at the end of our stay. The location was good for us, nice views of karadeniz.

- there is free parking place before the building, but it is sometimes difficult to park with the traffic and big truck entering into the road - we paid on site but the price they charged was much higher than what was shown on Booking, so I guess it is better to pay on Booking
