Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RussiaThe concept of the hotel is great, but there are a few things missing: one of the selling points is having your own kitchen, but there are no utensils at all, even the plates, cups and forks are missing. Seriously? Also I know it's not the fault of the hotel itself, but the rooms are quite stuffy, and it's impossible to sleep without A/C turned on (which is directed exactly at your bed, so good luck not catching cold). The breakfast officially to starts at 8:30 (we were lucky to go there at 7:30 and found it ready) - it is a bit late considering that many people (I bet) are choosing the hotel for its proximity to the airport and the early flights when you have to be at the airport by 8-9 am are the norm
The swimming pool was great! I was also pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, quality of breakfast and taste of food in the restaurant (although it's a bit expensive). Design of the whole place is very modern and pleasant. The suites have great terraces where you can enjoy your dinner.

QatarRestaurant staff are uninterested, you order food and drinks and they just don’t bother to complete order, happened to us twice! Just stand around talking to regulars to the place. They don’t clear away around pool or corridors of the hotel, always rubbish or dirty plates around! There is not much around the hotel so I definitely think you need a car if you want to get around. Could be cleaner in the room.

United StatesIt's a nice hotel. I stayed there for a short time. I chose it because it was close to the airport. The friend at the night reception welcomed me with a smile even though it was late. If I come again, I would like to stay longer. It was quiet and clean and the breakfast was good, although there wasn't much variety. I recommend it to those who want to come. You can stay safely with your wife and children..

United StatesWe were checked in with no problem. The desk took all our info, including kids passports. No mention of extra fees. The next day, the manager forced us to pay an extra 50 Euro per night because Booking.com sent one guest info for just me and not my wife. In my 20+ stays with booking.com in the last year, this is the first time I’ve had a horrible customer service moment at the property. My cousin had his own reservation and he was charged 30 Euro a night extra for a 15 month baby. Breakfast was covered with flies and pretty gross.
The property is okay. Facilities are clean.

United KingdomOne of the staff member was very rude since day 1 and literally told me to Get lost in his language. Not a good experience at all. Very unprofessional guy and i have already told the manager about this. Hope he teaches him some manners as this will not be good for hotel reputation. Bled me Too far away from city center. Breakfast not upto the mark. Only good thing was the pool. Taxis are a rip off. Blamed me of not paying 250 liras of restaurant food. Come on man if i can pay 1250€ i can pay 9-10 euros as well.

United KingdomLocation is very remote - nowhere near Lara Beach. Only one very small restaurant which is ok - but v limited. Hotel is a mix of resident apartments and tourists. Very much a preferential service to those who own at the venue. This is visually very obvious as ax non resident customer. Spoken English is poor. Not something I would criticise, but a few key staff are relied upon for any communication in English.

We arrived after midnight but reception was open and there were friendly staff to check us in and show us to our room. There was free parking in the car park at the front of the hotel. We had a suite with a living area, kitchenette and bathroom downstairs then the bedroom upstairs. The place was very modern, clean and comfortable. In the morning we had breakfast which was excellent. Lots of choice of sweet, savoury, hot and cold foods.

United KingdomThe towels would be dirty every single time even after you request new towels. The tissue paper supplied was very thin and they were quite stingy giving you 1 roll. Cleaners came only every two days. Overall the facility they have cut a lot of corners in an effort to save money which makes the experience and the amenities feel cheap. The breakfast was also the same everyday with not so great options for non Turkish travellers - they couldnt even provide bottles water at breakfast.

United KingdomThings to improve (-) * The owner's 2 sons use the seating area as their personal office. As a paying customer, I shouldn't be made to feel like I'm interrupting a business meeting. The smaller son was always looking surly and unapproachable. Both sons constantly on phone, pacing up and down the pool area, disturbing guests who are chilling or reading. Perhaps use one of the rooms as an office to conduct your business. Also, I saw the disapproving up-and-down look that the smaller son gave my mother. Perhaps she wasn't your desired clientele but it wasn't very kind. * You must pay €2 for orange juice at breakfast. Only tea, coffee and water available. I've travelled for 19 years and never been to a hotel where juice isn't included. I understand it's fresh, but it still looks cheap. Perhaps give each guest a glass, then they pay for the second? Just a suggestion. * You shouldnt include 'beach' in your Agoda/Booking bio. Hotel is no way near the beach. * Empty drawers in the kitchen, no utensils or plates. Why include a cooker and nothing else? * Low levels of English. For a tourist area, I imagined that basic communication would be possible. Didn't understand when I asked for the bill. * Not much customer service, you must ask for toilet roll. Oh, and only bottled water provided on your first day? Makes the hotel appear incredibly cheap. * €25 euro for an airport transfer is absurd. Daylight robbery. * The family's dogs barking and disturbing, the white furball was even barking in the restaurant. Not hygienic having the dog on their knees, within reach of the table.
Plus points (+) * The price was very reasonable and affordable. * The duplex was a great size with lots of natural light coming through the windows. * Although the same every morning, the breakfast was tasty and substantial. A bit more selection would make it better, some cereal and yogurt, perhaps? * Orun and Orunaur in the breakfast service are very polite and tried hard. * The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and very tasty, too. The pasta was great.

AustraliaKitchen has nothing in it, purely for show. Furnishings have been half done, lamps not plugged in, lights missing bulbs. Staff struggle with english but even with translations couldn't help. Trimming of our room was poorly done and dangerous. cut my foot and no one cared. Requested refund from booking.com. None given
