the breakfast could be a lot better more choice for those who like English breakfast,was very upset when the head of the kitchen staff came running after me to my room because I left with 2 COLD pancakes to warm up for my son who wasn't feeling well to come for breakfast ,this just really upset me and changed my mind about the place after we paid so much for the apartment . Please don't embarrass your guess your just turning away valuable customers

We reserved the duplex suite which has the living room and kitchen downstairs and bedroom. Upstairs and that was the exact pictures on booking.com when we arrived. We were given the normal suite which was cheaper than the duplex. After going back and calls to the manager etc. They finally accepted that I booked the duplex and gave it to me. Not the best experience given a cheaper room than what you. Paid for. Whilst checking in at midnight.

Beautiful complex, really beautiful, very clean and we'll looked after. Air con / heater worked perfect within minutes the room was heated. Shower was amazing perfect power and very modern. Beds are super comfy and a very big car park outside.

There are better options for less. The bistro is good but overly expensive. To "help" you, the prices are in EURO ;) Not really close to any beach, you'll need transfer to get there.

We stayed at Veranda Suites in Antalya, Turkey for 7 days in July, and had an overall amazing time. The location was great, only 10-15 mins drive from the airport and a relatively short drive to the centre of Antalya. We can't speak highly enough of the staff in Veranda Suites, in particular Abdullah, Ebru and Ali other staff in reception and the restaurant, and their lovely customer service and welcoming nature. The family suite in which we stayed was well sized for 4 people and very tidy. The swimming pool was extremely clean. Cleaning service was very good and regular. The breakfast was very good and had options for all tastes.

The beach is 2-3km away, with shuttle service 3 times a day. Since shuttle is taking visitors from other hotels, takes 40-50 minutes to get there. Public beach is also very different from pictures that hotel is using in their site

There's not a lot around the hotel to do, very few restaurants. Beware of Taxis, never the same fare on the way back as it was going somewhere. We had a call to our room on the last night at 10pm wanting us to come there and then to settle our restaurant bill! With a baby asleep it wasn't ideal and the reception were quite rude to be fair, we weren't doing a runner for a grilled chicken sandwich, a burger, two beers and a glass of fresh orange from breakfast!!! No need!!!

The restaurant was lovely, really nice staff and the food was good. Pool was great and wasn't overcrowded at all. Room was good, no cutlery in the kitchen which was weird, the bar shut at 11pm so we went to the shop and there weren't even glasses for us to have a wine.

Immediate locality is not good, with no decent restaurants, bars or places to see. We used the frequent bus service to travel around, otherwise we would have needed to use taxi’s which could have been costly.

Modern and clean; good-size rooms with kitchenettes. Nice pool / pool area. We only stayed for one night and it worked well for us.

The suite rooms were big and gave us home feeling. The beach of the hotel was exceptional, it was 5 min drive from hotel but hotel provided free shuttle service, and since the beach was reserved for 23 hotels and not open for public, it gave very personal beach feeling

The location was in a residential area. Fine for overnight but not so easy to access facilities for holiday makers

The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. The accommodation was great for an overnight stay. The pool area was lovely!

There is no option of housekeeping to clean the room, the hotel is little far from the city center

The hotel is close to Antalya airport, the breakfast is good, the pool is great and the hotel is great for summer time rather than winter. The receptionist were really helpful to figure out the taxi that drove us to the hotel as we requested to call him back after I forgot the mobile inside the car.

Room upstairs was very basic, facilities such as iron etc. was downstairs. Breakfast is too simple to be Turkish, but you can order at the restaurant at added cost.
