Some maintenance issues were there but they were renovating the other apartments , hopefully they will fix what is required in the one we stayed

- Shabby and weary furniture and interior - Floor and all surfaces were really dirty - No hot water in kitchen sink and bathroom sink, hot water in shower is not stable - No basic kitchen utensils: no kettle - Personnel is not responsive and does not speak even basic English - Azan in tbe nearby mosque is really loud, it takes time to get used to it

- Big room - nice balcony - Washing machine - Very comfortable bed - couple of good & cheap authentic restaurants nearby - relatively good wifi

When we first checked in, the guy in charge took us to a smaller apartment that does not look like the pictures in the listing at all. It was dirty, dusty with mold on the wall and chipped floor and tables. When we asked to change to another apartment because it is in a bad condition and does not look like anything that we booked online, he had to call in another person to help and translate. When she arrived, she tried to explain to us that the one they gave us is an apartment for two people. We stood our ground and said that the apartment does not look like the posting on Booking.com at all and if we knew it was gonna look like this, we would not have booked it. After arguing via Google Translate back and forth, she brought us to look at another apartment that she called for "two plus one''. It was not cleaned yet after a check out, but at least it was bigger and better than the previous apartment. They ended up giving us the '2+1'' apartment but we have to wait an extra two hours for the cleaning. After checking our booking details, we found out that we did book the 2+1, thus the pictures matched the apartment we were ''offered'' later. Please be aware of this and stand your ground if they try to give you a room that looks different than in the postings.

The place was good, with a simple kitchen and a bedroom. Extra sofa beds were provided in the living room and the balcony is nice.

I really liked the infrastructure around, really quick way to the beach, a Cafe under the hotel, really recommend it. Everything was quite good. Have to mention that we wanted to change the apartment, so the host was quick to suggest nicer apartment. Thank you!

Nobody speaks English We run out of gas and we called many time until it was replaced the next day No enough covers, blankets and towels No hot water at some point during our stay No discount was given even after many inconveniences happened

Some window locks were broken, handles on furniture were broken.

We have spent here 42 days and it was comfortable for us. Room had a balcony that we appreciated very much. There were 2 tables so we could use one table for dinner and work on laptops on another one. Apartments has a very good location - at least 3 food shops are very close (Şok, BIM and Carefour). Also nearby there is a market where it is possible to buy fruits (works by wednesdays only).

I traveled with two family members and the apartment was just perfect for us. We loved the location since we had everything we needed nearby & just short walk to beautiful Konyaalti beach. The best experience with the staff - all people working there were really kind and helpful, especially Ahmet at the reception who let us check in earlier and was always available to help during our stay. WiFi works very well inside & outside and even the apartment is not new furnished, it was very clean. Best value for money.

As some reviews mentioned, the kitchen itself could do with more utensils and attention. For example there is no kettle, only two pots and a frying pan and only one hob worked. Things like a sweeping brush and a tea towel to dry the plates etc. would be handy. Especially as there is little drying room. No kitchen cleaning items at all which is a shame as it would make it easier to keep the apartment clean for the next guests but easy to make your own or you can buy some. But this is just to nit pick as we did use the kitchen a lot. We really did enjoy our stay.

First of all, the staff were so welcoming, attentive and kind. We arrived really early (overnight bus), before check-in and they allowed us to go rest in a studio apartment until our one bed was ready. We were always met with smiles and they took great care of us. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The bedroom had plenty of storage. We had a crawling baby with us so the fact that the apartment was minimal suited us. The shower; hot water and pressure was excellent. The WiFi was strong, you've a few choices to connect to and we were able to work online with no issues. There is also a small private balcony which is a sun trap. The orange tree outside meant fresh oranges every day. Lovely lil bonus. We loved the location. It is right next to a mosque so anyone who will find it tough to sleep through the first call to prayer, this might not suit. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, and restaurants too. Even some vegetarian/vegan places for those looking. The beach is about 10mins walk. Lots of hidden strips full of local eateries and nice buzz. When you leave the apartment, as well as heading left to the beach, make sure to take a right to the main road and a left. You'll walk about 15mins to find so many places to eat, parks to chill out in and it's close to the promenade to walk the beach way back. It takes an hour to walk into the old city. A beautiful walk by the promenade and through parks - for anyone who likes to walk. It really was a great way to explore and for those with kis, plenty of playgrounds and places to sit / picnic along the way. There are also plenty of public transport options but you do need the Antalya travel card to travel. To get to the apartment you can take two buses from outside the main bus station (along the main road), it takes 20mins. Check google maps for which bus (KA08 and TV08 (we think?!). Again you need the Antalya travel card. The bus stop is right outside the apartment complex.

Anything. It was terribly dirty. It’s just a room. No apartment. The neighborhood seemed dangerous and weird people around. Host not trustworthy. PLEASE DONT EVER BOOK HERE! You will be deceived. :( Nothing. The air conditioner didn’t work. It was TERRIBLY DIRTY. There were ROOMS, not a small apartment as he offers and the pictures HAVE NOTHING to do with the real place. It’s terrible.

I guess u can put each apartment some salt😊 because to buy 1kl salt is strange. Also it could be better to have some big shampoo in bathroom.

We liked everything. There were all basic kitchen stuff for cooking. Directly opposite of out apartment thee were some affordable store where u can find everything. Two big towels for each person. It will take u 5 min to go to bus station.

We were staying for two weeks and had no cleaning at all. Tap at the kitchen was leaking heavily. Stuff was not English speaking. Wi fi was not quite good for a work.

Location is perfect. ATMs, banks, cafes, shops and even bus stop are next to apartments. Rooms are big and with a lot of sunlight. There were a condo in each room. Also we find a blanket which was very useful according to cold nights. Kitchen was well equipped too.
