This is my second stay at this hotel and I plan to always stay here when in Çeşme. The rooms are exceptionally clean and everything functions perfectly. The breakfast is delicious. The hotel owner and his assistants are very kind and responsive.

There is no kettle or coffee machine, for breakfast it would be worth adding a hot side dish (at least beans, oats or potatoes) and natural Turkish coffee instead of instant.

In such a busy place, they still have the opportunity to park your car at home. Pleasant staff, quick check-in, air conditioning, cleanliness.

It was difficult to find Villa Fanti due to various one-way streets leading to the establishment. Parking is a problem in the area, but Villa Fanti uses a practical solution by asking guests to leave their keys at the reception. Should someone want to leave, they will move your vehicle even when you are not there.

The location is excellent. Right in the centre of the beautiful town, close to shops, restaurants, the marina, the castle, and shopping. The traditional Turkish breakfast was exceptional. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was serviced on a daily basis.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Everything about the hotel. The room and its view. The location could not have been better - restaurants, bars and shops on the street below and yet no noise. The breakfast was truly amazing - great variety and beautifully presented and obviously delicious. The staff, especially Eski, were very helpful. They organised a taxi for our airport transfer and a small breakfast for us to take at 6:30am. Highly recommended!

The bed’s size was not suitable for the room. It’s just too big, we always knock into the bed angle. Better with do some protection.

The location is perfect, parking lots right in front the entrance it was really a plus. The staff team they were really warm and helpful during the stay. They even help us to make phone call and communicate with local authority. Really really appreciate it. Breakfast!!! Breakfast though simply but really fresh, it made my day everyday.

We reached the hotel in the evening, and the check-in was super smooth. We booked a standard room but the management upgraded our room. It was an exceptional room, and it doesn't get better than this in Cesme. The location is absolutely on point, right in the centre, two minutes walk from the Marina and extremely close by to the main street which had all the restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was very homemade style and had an array of options the onwers themselves made the delicious breakfast. Extremely helpful owners, always going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Absolutely loved the place and highly recommended.

For us it was fine, but I guess, for somebody it may be a crucial point: The breakfast was tasty but without meat and not very substantial. It wasn't a problem for us as we didn't go on long trips afterwards so we always had an opportunity to eat somewhere. We were actually glad that we could handle the whole breakfast, not overeat and not leave half of it.

We felt at home: everyone was very friendly and ready to help, mattress and pillows were great and very comfortable (we had 2 pillows for a person). Even though the hotel is located in the heart of Çeşme, near streets with loud music in the evenings and nights, it was silent after about 22:00-23:00. Our sleep wasn't disturbed. The view from the balcony is nice, and the hotel's kitty is adorable (although very shy, hehe).

Location, above the town great. We had a 3rd floor room, no lift, but balcony with a great view. Room very nice and bright. Breakfast good, but not amongst the best we have had in Turkey.

The only tricky thing is parking- we were lucky and could stay in the small driveway because we were there during a quiet time, but it's quite a steep driveway and our little rental car struggled a bit. Ask for help if you need it with parking and the hosts will be wonderful!

We loved staying here! The room was beautiful with big windows facing the water. Very comfortable beds. The hosts were kind and helpful and made the most delicious breakfast- a real highlight! Multiple cheeses, jams, breads, eggs, and even home made donuts.

the fridge was a bit strange as it only seems to operate part of the day.

Views of the water and the old town. very charming feel to the property. couldnt hear noise from any other room. air-con worked well. it was nice to sit on the balcony in the evening and appreciate the views. location is ideal for boat trips and restaurants.
